Password Changes: all employees having access to the computer system are instructed to change their passwords in every 3 Months. A password is of a combination of letters, symbols / numbers, at least 8 characters long. Computer Access strictly due to job requirements only. IT Security Training & Reporting of Abuse or Violations. Off site back up is conducted and stored at Head Office every week on Sunday.
