2 TERMINAL BLOCKS AND CONNECTORS PCB Terminal Blocks PCB terminal blocks enable the easy, secure transmission of signals, data and power directly to the PCB. These terminal blocks are available for wire sizes from 26 AWG to 3/0, voltages up to 1000 V, currents to 200 A and centerline spacings from 2.5 to 20 mm. From established screw connection, to IDC fast connection to push-in technology, these terminal blocks offer a range of versatile connection technologies. PCB Connectors PCB connectors offer a universal, easy to use conductor connection for almost all device designs. Connectors offer spring, screw and IDC terminations for 26 AWG to 2 AWG solid, stranded or ferruled wire. Voltage ratings of up to 1000 V and current ratings of 125 A are possible in the PCB connector range. To ensure stable connections, product is available with screw flanges, latches and locking mechanisms. Feed-through Terminal Blocks High currents and voltages can be transmitted safely and reliably through a housing or cabinet panel with the feed-through terminal block series. Various connection technologies, such as screw, spring, T- LOX or bolt connections enable flexible solutions for your design needs. Depending on the product, wire ranges from 24 AWG to 300 MCM can be accommodated at voltages up to 1000 V and currents up to 309 A. DIN Rail Terminal Blocks Never take a good connection for granted. Every wire in your control cabinet is there for a reason. The connections of those wires via spring, screw, IDC, or crimp are only as reliable as the quality of the terminations. For nearly a century, Phoenix Contact has been a trusted partner for reliable connections.

3 FIELD DEVICE CONNECTORS Data for the Industrial Environment Connectivity for Data applications and all the most popular networking protocols for industrial applications. Designed for environments where protection from vibration, dirt, water, oils and electrical interference is important. Phoenix Contact has the most popular connector interfaces for your Copper and Fiber Optic requirements. Applications include: Machine Building, Automotive Manufacturing, Vision Systems, Material Handling, Automation for Food and Beverage. Data for the Building Environment Fiber Optic and Copper solutions for building communications infrastructure and control cabinet applications. Patch panels and splice boxes for 19 inch rack and din rail mount applications. Fiber Optic and Copper patch cables with the most popular connector types, LC, SC, SC-RJ, ST, RJ45, USB to name a few. Circular Connectors Metric connectors for the Industrial market in sizes M5, M8, M12, M17, M23, M40 and M58. This versatile product range is popular in sensor, signal applications. The M12 has solutions for Data up to 10Gbps and power up to 16A. The larger M17-M58 are popular for Drives and Motor control connections up to 150A. The M23 and M40 Hybrid will support Data, Signal and Power, all in one connector. The products are rated for IP67 and up to IP69K. The connectors can be configured for wire-to-wire, wire-through-panel and wire-to-printed circuit board meeting almost any configuration requirement.

4 CABINET PRODUCTS Power Reliability No matter how sophisticated your control system, a line down situation is only one power disturbance away. Logic platforms are dependent on being properly powered and protected. Surge and circuit protection, UPS backup, and redundant power solutions are the foundation on which reliable control systems should be built. Networking and Remote Connectivity Smarter factories and convergences with enterprise IT are increasing the demand for remote access and collection of real-time data. With this power comes responsibility. In a single network, everything is vulnerable. Intelligent network infrastructure starts with the selection of switches, routers, wireless, and security components to harness opportunity and minimize risk. Safety Machine safety means more than OSHA regulations. Proper implementation means increased productivity, uptime, and profitability. Enact safety measures without limiting production flexibility of machines or production cells. Adaptable cabinet configurations, with integrated safety, give you the freedom to add or reorganize machines dynamically. Device Enclosures - Housings for Electronics With a wide range of options for shape, color, and function, Phoenix Contact offers compact enclosures for control devices in building automation; modular, narrow enclosures with integrated connectors and bussing for industrial instrumentation and control devices; general purpose housings for use with popular single board computers; and NEMA 6 / IP67 rated enclosures for a wide range of outdoor and indoor applications. Shop Floor Productivity Efficiently building a quality control cabinet starts with what you use to build it. Quick, flexible marking systems, automated tools and hand tools, cable/wire management, and cabinet accessories are often overlooked methods for reducing errors and cutting commissioning time, and translate directly to the bottom-line profitability of any shop floor.
