December 2016 FireWorks Desktop Properties: In addition to the Pre-Plan survey data recorded in the focused specific PrePlan Survey screen, it also appears along with the rest of the relevant data for the property, in the Property Details screen. Upon associating child properties to a main parent complex property, FireWorks enable an automatic copy of the property s address, from the parent, to the child. Properties associated together in a complex, have an additional detail tab, for the complex s contact info. While creating new properties, FireWorks automatically suggests recording occupancy type. 23

FireWorks Desktop Inspections: Upon creating new inspections for a group of properties simultaneously, the occupancy type can be updated already from the New Inspection screen. Obviously, the inspection criteria is a derivative from the occupancy type. The property number in Inspection Details contains a double-click short cut to the property details screen, for that specific inspected property. This short-cut is bi-directional in the manner that property details has short-cuts to both creating a new inspection and a new pre-plan survey, for the relevant property. FireWorks Desktop Incidents: Incident Follow-up includes incident address, in the search options. Improved graphic layout in Incident record screen. o Incident module adapted to small screen computers; o Basic times records [Dispatch, Enroute, Arrival, etc.] grouped to unique Times tab; o DP & DC times appear under the Response tab; o In the Authorization tab, officer reviewed & authorized, are autopopulated, based on the officer who checked and approved the record; o Shift documentation is mandatory. 25 Fully operational CAD interface! o FireWorks includes a fully operational CAD interface. Integration with 911 center of Manatee County has been completed. o The interface auto populates first response data for the emergency incidents NFIRS reporting, such as the various basic times, incident type, response forces and their times and the incident location. o Location is simultaneously populated in the Pre-Plan module, enabling first-responders access to relevant Pre-Plan survey enroute to the scene. FireWorks Mobile Pre-Plan: Each category has its own Save, indicating when and by whom was recorded. Under Access, Light-weight-truss is limited to just: Roof / Floor / Roof-Floor. In the bird's-eye map, in addition to viewing currently existing hydrants in the vicinity, with the Edit option, hydrants can be dragged to their exact location. The Fire Protection survey record includes distance descriptions to the three nearest hydrants, in addition to the hydrant number. Indicator markers. The bird s eye map view enables pinning the physical location directly in the map. For instance, besides describing the location of the gas tank, it can be pinned to the map, with a relevant gas icon. The markers can also be dragged to the specific utility s location point. Square Footage calculations. Bird s eye view map includes graphics ruler, for marking property perimeter, thus calculating location's square footage. FireWorks Mobile Inspections: Occupancy type can be updated from the mobile field device, by opening the property s Details to be edited. FireWorks automaticity counts the number of re-inspection visits. This reflects the severity of the violations, therefore, re-inspections can be filtered and located based on re-occurring visit counter, both by a numeric search and by a color-coded indication: annual inspection blue; first reinspection visit green; second re-inspection orange; greater than two reinspections - red. 25

The re-inspection counter is auto calculated, based on inspection violations recorded on different dates. FireWorks Desktop: Improved factuality for updating addresses. All addresses - Pre-Planned or inspected properties, incident address, or the location of a hydrant; the address auto populates the street components. The prefix, suffix & street type are all auto populated, based on the street chosen. Likewise, the streets are City dependent, so that the street can be determined only after recording the city, enabling just the relevant streets in that city to be displayed. The Management menu contains City & Street tables, open to be edited [according to user's permissions]. Report Generator Property report has the number of stories in the building November 2016 FireWorks Mobile Inspections: The web FireWorks inspection tool, includes the Pre-Plan survey data, as an additional level of the property s information. While searching for pending inspections, the search results are geographically sorted, starting from your current location, thus in effect creating a travel plan. The search results include the distance between each inspection, as well as the expected travel time. FireWorks Desktop Inspections: The Classification Specifications have been upgraded, such that upon adding or changing specifications, you can now activate the Classifications Update function for that entire occupancy type. This cuts back on the need to update each pending inspection, of the relevant occupancy type. FireWorks Desktop Property Management: The Property ribbon includes the option of creating complexes. The purpose is to link together properties that are geographically or physically related, such as condos, strip malls or multi residential buildings. This is done by marking the basic\main property, as the complex itself and then linking the 26

child property to that main parent property => in Property Details => is complex is to be set to yes. This will determine the current property as the parent of the complex. To associate a child property => in Property Details => part of complex is to be marked and then choose its parent from the drop box. Alternatively, associating children is possible via the complex screen. Likewise, if the wrong child was associated, it can be removed either though the Remove Property in Complex, or directly in the Property Details screen. Based on this parent child complex association, inspections can be assigned simultaneously to the entire complex and not per specific child property. This can be done via New Inspection and choose the relevant complex from Complex Property ID the drop box. Accordingly, Follow-up Inspection includes a violations report, covering the discrepancies for the entire complex, by violation and child property. October 2016 FireWorks Desktop Inspections: The Classification Specifications includes both - 1. The ability to determine if a criteria will be relevant for the inspection group, per occupancy type via the Show option 2. The option to add local ordinances, in addition to the build in NFPA guidelines. If it s necessary to delete an added requirement, the delete function in the menu ribbon should be used. September 2016 FireWorks Desktop Incidents: Date fields can be updated manually, including seconds. Free text fields include spell-checker. Improved TAB layout. Completion of additional incident categories: o Civilian casualties o FS casualties o Owner /Involved Person and Entities 27

FireWorks Desktop Inspections: Improved graphic layout to the Inspection Assignment. The assignment of inspections between inspectors is done by the => arrows. In Inspection Assignment, the inspections can be assigned geographically, based on Box, Zone or Address. 28
