1 CHOCOLATE ORIENTED COMPANY Founded in 1972, Mazzetti Renato has its establishment and management offices in Tribiano (Milan). The company produces both individual machines and entire production lines for the confectionery industry, especially chocolate, from the raw materials to the finished product. With its technological oriented research, Mazzetti, flexible in design activities to provide specific solutions, offers machinery of recognized quality and reliability. Mazzetti company works both on the Italian and foreign markets, among which those of Eastern Europe. In the world Mazzetti has a significant presence throughout the Mediterranean basin, the Middle East and in Central and South America.

2 Over the years, Renato Mazzetti, who in 1993 was decorated with Honorary degree in mechanic engineering, has been able to choose very professional collaborators, among which his sons, who assured the company the capacity to introduce itself over the market as a factory able to satisfy customers' needs of project, development of their production and technological equipment. Thanks to the quality of the relationship with the customers and the will to offer a solution always behind the times, today Mazzetti Renato srl (which counts 30 employees and has an annual turnover of 9 million) is known in its sector as one of the most reliable and competitive company. Mazzetti Renato srl is a partner of companies leader in the chocolate production, not only for the single machines manufacturing, but also for the line production realization. This allows Mazzetti's customers to communicate with a company able to guarantee the layout and the realization of lines which, starting from the raw materials, allow the realization of the final product (up to the wrapping.) 4 Equipment WAFA Series: Machine for Chocolate production WAFA 20 The ball refiner WA-FA sphere 20 is studied for that customers who are interested in production of small quantity of chocolate and cream ( both for handicraft and for search). Capacity 10 kg/h at 20 micron finesse WAFA 100 Patented system for the production of every kind of chocolate, cream and/or compound. WA-FA system include in only one phase the main operations of the chocolate traditional technology: raw material mixing, refining, conching. Capacity 100 kg/h at 20 micron finesse WAFA 400 Patented system for the production of every kind of chocolate, cream and compound. WA-FA sphere 400 plant with MIXER is composed by two units: MIXER (mixing unit) and WA-FA SPHERE 400. Capacity from 200 up to 600 kg/h at 20 micron finesse WAFA 400S Patented system for the production of every kind of chocolate, cream and compound. WA-FA SPHERE 400 S plant with MIXER is composed by two units: MIXER (mixing unit) and WA-FA SPHERE 400 S. Capacity from 200 up to 400 kg/h at 20 micron finesse.

5 Equipment Subsidiary Machines MELTING TANK SERIES VBM Machine expressly studied to quickly melt products in blocks such as: cocoa butter, cocoa mass, fats. Machine is realized with electric or steam heating system. VOLUMETRIC dosing machine Machine particularly studied for the volumetric dosing of chocolate and cream into molds and different containers. This machine can be installed on transport systems to realize small size production lines. Depositing capacities from 50 to 1000 cc TANK MA SERIES Cylindrical tank at double wall, with product mixing system, suitable for storage and maintenance at even temperature of chocolate in a liquid state. TANK MAC SERIES Cylindrical tank at double wall, suitable for storage and maintenance at even temperature of chocolate in a liquid state, with product recycle and heating for the volatilization of damp and acidity contained in the product itself.

6 Equipment Subsidiary Machines TEMPERING MACHINES SERIES TAO Horizontal tempering machines model TAO are studied to be able to supply tempered chocolate with a continuous and constant flow, also with high viscosity recipes and containing solid ingredients. Capacity from 200 up to 2000 kg/hour. BATCH TYPE TEMPERING MACHINE SERIES TV-TF Batch-vertical tempering machines model TV and TF, are able to stabilize every kind of fat based cream, by means of a careful temperature control and an accurate product mixing action. INGREDIENT MIXER SCIG-W System for blending in exact proportion of chocolate with solid ingredients. Especially suitable to allow the automatic loading of dosing machines placed on automatic lines, ensuring a high percentage of solid ingredients and a perfect mixing with the liquid product.

7 Equipment Production Lines CHOCOLATE CHIPS LINE Depositing and solidification line for the production of chocolate and/or chocolate compound chips. Chips weight from 0,01 gr up to 8 gr Production capacity from 250 to 3000 kg/h. CHOCOLATE CENTER PLANT MA SERIES Printing and solidification line for the production of chocolate and/or chocolate compound cores for the production of sugar coated products. Production capacity from 50 to 300 kg/h ENROBING MACHINE The enrobing machine has been studied to allow the enrobing with chocolate of the most different kind of product (snacks, biscuits, extruded cereals tablets) both completely and only in the lower part. 8 Equipment Moulding Lines MAZ Series MOULDING PLANT MAZ series Maz range is composed by models of plant adopting the most recent and complete technologies of production allowing a total adaptability to the customers needs as regards to the solid chocolate products, with inclusion of ingredients, fat cream filled, plain and with alcohol, coupled products, coupling of chocolate with biscuits, wafers etc.... There is no limit to the capacity of Maz plants to follow customers requests transforming time by time and satisfying every productive challenge. A total integration with robotized systems realized by Mazzetti Renato s.r.l. or other ones for the unmoulding or the manipulation of products makes possible the automatization of operations that usually demand waste of workforce and resources.production capacity from 400 to 2000 kg/h

9 Equipment Moulding Line LINEAR Series MOULDING LINE LINEAR RANGE Linear range is composed by plant models that adopt different technologies of production and allow an answer to the customers requirement as regards to solid chocolate products, with inclusion of solid and fat creams filling. Linear SLD is based on points dosing technology making of plant simplicity its force point. Linear OS is based on the one-shot technology making of versatility and minimum dimensions its force point. Linear LNG instead adopts the strip depositing technology to satisfy the requirement to realize bars and tablets with solid inclusions of big dimensions leaving a great margin for the development of new specialties.

10 Equipment Moulding Line MICRO FX Range MOULDING LINE V The new Micro fx range is composed by three plant models which adopt different technologies of production to allow a total answer to the customers requirement. Micro fx SLD is based on points dosing technology making of plant simplicity its force points. Micro fx OS is based on oneshot technology making of versatility and minimum dimensions its force points. Micro fx 3S adopts the classic 3 steps technology to satisfy the requirement of variety into the products range leaving to the user s fantasy wide margins for the development of new specialties.

11 Equipment AD-HOC Solutions Beside Mazzetti Renato s.r.l. consolidated production, an important function is covered by the realization of machines, tools and plants able to realize ad-hoc solutions for costumer s production needs. In this section endfine solutions are developed for products handling, biscuit and wafers depositors, robotic manipulation systems and continuous mixing devices designed for customer s specific needs.
