Comrised of rugged, reinforced resin material, the Magnum wheel has aroximately double the wheel caacity comared to cometitive olycarbonate-based wheels. The Magnum wheel also has a wider surface than olycarbonate wheels, leading to better allet tracking. Magnum wheels have more robust bearings, leading to a longer lifesan. 4 STEEL SKATE WHEEL PALLET FLOW Durable Construction, Affordably Priced Steel skate wheel allet flow is ideal for users who refer an economical solution for shallow deth lanes and for lighter weight loads. Steel skate wheel lanes are common for lanes ranging from 2 dee to 5 dee, and loads under 2,000#. Mallard has also designed lanes to be floor-mounted, so that housekeeing issues can be better addressed with debris and dust removal. 5 Ideal for All Pallet Tyes Full roller allet flow is by far the most flexible tye of flow for users who have a variety of allet sizes and footrints. Today s world for many users is a challenging environment. Vendors are often changing allet configurations to meet exectations of lowering inbound/outbound roduct costs. Increasing shiing costs are a factor as well. Mallard s full width roller lanes are ideal for this situation, so as allet configurations change, the system design will remain reliable. Mallard s full roller designs are engineered and built to the highest standards, using heavy duty bearings, axles, tube and side channel. Full roller systems are also designed with maintenance in mind, so that in the event damage occurs, relacement comonents can easily be installed. Adjusting srings allow for tension to be reduced or increased in order to better control the rate of flow downlane. Seed controllers are tested to 80,000 cycles.
