Notarize the pricing page, and you may provide courier contact. 7.1: Existing furniture removal will be handled by Communications District and will not be part of the project. 7.7 It states that the console walls should be sturdy and stable enough to mount all electronic accessories including monitors, without compromising the integrity of the system. The structure should be free standing and not rely on walls for support. This statement contradicts itself and is not very clear to outline what is wanted. The main point for clarification is furniture will not be mounted or secured to walls. 7.9 What is the reason you are requesting no fabric panels? Cleanliness with ability to sanitize smooth surfaces It states that each console should house 4 CPUs and UPS. In attachment A it shows that there are centralized UPS cabinets. Are consoles not being fed from these UPS units? What are the specs of the CPUs that need to be housed? See attached pictures. There are CPU s housed within the cabinets ( Phone, CAD, Radio) along with a small (short time) UPS. Presently, the large UPS s at this time are sitting on the floor behind the console. Dimensions for large UPS H 14 ½ x L 17 ½ x W 8 ¾. UPS units Model NO: PW Powerware States that adjustable task lighting, indirect lighting and radiant heat are required, yet in the very next point (7.14) it states that radiant heat panels are not acceptable. Would you like this quoted as optional or include in package?

2 This should be part of the proposal package. Heat will be supplied by a flowing air source not a radiant heat panel Are the required privacy panels required on each console to almost create cubicles or are they only required on the front consoles to create separation of the consoles from the rest of the room? No cubicle, panels are to conceal the underside of desks and back side of equipment and monitors Can you please expand on what is required here? Vertical height adjustment so that the operator can work on sit/stand/elevated positions without restricted to only one position Please clarify location, on keyboard surface, what does this setup look like? See attached photo Furniture vendors are not electricians and asking us to provide and install flex conduits is out of our scope. Can you provide more details on how the power is run? Do you already have duplex or quad boxes hooked to the end of a flex conduit? What is the existing source of power? Does the Parish have an electrician that can do this? Is the room on a raised floor? Raised floor beginning from outside wall 16 false, remainder 10 solid. Power is provided from the wall outlets or UPS We recommend having all monitors in a fixed array that adjusts focal distance simultaneously to prevent monitor collision, allows more timely and simple adjustment and maintains a consistent look. Will this alternative be acceptable? Yes, please detail in your proposal 7.39 Can you please clarify exactly what is being asked for? Response to service call for any mechanical or electrical malfunction as well as spare parts availability. p. 16 What is the oval shape that is pictured in the middle? A shared work area, desk with possible book shelving on each end. This maybe used for network printer, fax machine or similar items. Oval shape is for illustration only, it can be square or rectangle. Middle furniture should fit within 4 feet by 4 feet area, with locking wheels. With power and data outlets should be provided.
