2 STEPS TO COMPLETING THE RESET UPON ARRIVAL at the Store o Sign in to SISO o Check in with store management and advise of work to be done Check in with Receiving and locate the shipments sent in to this store for reset Pictures of the shipment are included in the Reset Guide provided by LEHIGH on the following pages o If shipment cannot be located, contact one of the people listed above in the Apollo office in Mooresville prior to starting work If shipment is at the store, go to the RTM Clerk and have her print the buyback form for the materials being pulled from the existing set o The RA # for this buyback is 90019KC o It is not necessary to count the items on the buyback form but you must ensure that all product listed on the form is removed from the existing set as well as from the overhead top stock Pull all product from the existing set and prepare to be shipped back - Section 6 of Guide Remove current Bin Fixtures - Section 1 of Guide Install new pegboard fixture Section 2 of guide Install new signage Section 3 of guide Merchandise bays to new planogram Section 4 Print and apply new labels Section 5 Clean area and discard all trash Take photos of each completed bay showing new signage installed Walk set with PSA Dept Mgr. (if available) or MOD

5 You will need the following tools to complete this installation. Tape Measure Power Drill Phillips Screw Driver 3 Wood Screws Rubber Mallet Shipping Information New product will be together in a large box with green labels check in chain aisle overhead or receiving area New signage will also be included with this shipment Label will state HOLD FOR LEHIGH REP New pegboard fixtures will be in red shrink wrap check receiving area A box of 200 peg hooks will also be included with this shipment Tools needed for Installation

7 Section1-Remove Bin Fixture 1 2 *Each bin fixture easily snaps out of the holder *keep product in bins and set aside for later buyback 3 4 *Remove the entire bin fixture from the shelf and take to trash * The fixture will most likely be screwed down to the shelving

8 Section 2-Install new pegboard 1 2 *move beam level up for 36 H pegboard fixture.18 open beam holes from shelf to beam. *Bring in pegboard fixtures on lumber cart 3 4 *Place pegboard fixture into bay and screw into place from bottom and top level. *Make sure pegboard is placed 18 deep from the front beam *do this process for both bays. Make sure pegboard is secured strongly. 6

9 Section 3 Install New Signage * Finished * Locate new signage package. There are two new pieces of signage inside * Remove current signage from bay 1. Simply pull signage out of the plastic bracket. * Install both pieces of new signage in the current brackets. Both pieces of new signage will go into BAY 1 only. See next slide for replacements. * Leave old signage in overhead it may be used again in the future * If you come across old signage brackets leave signage with the dept. manager and take note of this store. Communicate this in your call report 7

11 Section 4 Merchandiseto POG * Start laying the product out near the correct area of the pegboard according to planogram. * Model # on box will match the model # on planogram. * Locate pack of 200 peg hooks. 2-Piece hooks are for the top row only. * Start putting the product up according to planogram. Best to set by section: 1) yellow 2) Blue 3) orange 4) green 9

12 Section 4 Merchandiseto POG There are two different planograms: Bay 1 is the same for each planogram. Bay 2 is different (see below). 1) Non Marine POG (143 stores) The NITE-IZE items can be found in the adjacent rope bays. Remove them from the rope bay and place into the pegged planogram. The blue hawk chain items can be found on the shelf in bay 1. Remove them from the shelf and place on the pegboard. 1) Marine POG (7 stores) The Blue Hawk marine items will be on the shelf and in the overhead, remove items from shelf and overhead and merchandise on the pegboard according to planogram. 46 LOWE'S OF BENTON HARBOR, MI 137 LOWE'S OF LAKE JACKSON, TX 146 LOWE'S OF JACKSON, MI 539 LOWE'S OF MT. 13 Section 5 Print Price Labels Print and place new price labels Time Saver!Check planogram and make sure your printing enough facings of each item 11

14 Section 6 Execute Buyback * After all buyback product has been removed, place on cart and prepare to move it to receiving. Check to make sure there is no buyback product in the overhead/top stock as well. * Take cart back to receiving and box up all buyback product. Bins do not have to be sent back, they can be trashed. * After product has been boxed and taped. Take all product to the RTV Clerk. * Give the RTV Clerk the designated RA # 90019KC This will pull up the buyback in the system. Tell the RTV Clerk this is being shipped back to Vendor: LEHIGH. * Preferred Carriers: UPS or Old Dominion Freight Company 12

16 Exit Strategy Final Steps before Completion: Clean up all trash and debris Place all cardboard in the compactor (receiving) Write down any follow up notes or needs for this store Take picture of each completed bay Fill out call report for each store
