Navisphere Carrier- My Loads My Loads Feature Overview: My Loads allows you to make load updates (tracking, accessorials, documents, etc.) on Navisphere Carrier and offer a cost and time savings by eliminating the need for C.H. Robinson to take responsibility for the updates. Path to Screen Navisphere Carrier > My Loads tab > Load Overview screen Searching in My Loads As a default, My Loads will display your shipments from the last 7 days. If you wish to modify the search, click the Modify Search button, enter the search criteria, and click Submit. Search results will appear and can be sorted based on your individual preference.

A colored dot will appear next to loads that have tasks that are Required, Requested, or Informative which corresponds to the following Legend: Task Type Required Requested Informative Definition Required tasks are Check Call tasks that are expected as a base level of service from a contracted C.H. Robinson carrier. Required tasks should be addressed as soon as possible to ensure timely updates to both C.H. Robinson and our customers. Note: Loads with required tasks will be displayed in the search results, even if they do not match the search criteria. Requested tasks are stop updates that need to be completed in order to be in compliance with the Track and Trace Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. Any changes made to the load will appear here, although specific changes will not be addressed individually. Once you find the subset of loads you are interested in viewing from the My Loads search, open individual loads by clicking the load number.

Load Overview Screen When the Load Overview screen is opened, note that the screen will default to the particular task that is currently due for completion. Example: In this example, the Check In and first two stops are complete, so the Load Overview defaults to the 3rd pick up on this load which is the next update needed for this shipment. The headers will indicate the status of the particular task/update based on the following logic:

The header colors can be easily accessed by clicking the Color Legend button in the bottom right of the screen. There are additional, non-task related actions available at the bottom of the Load Overview screen that can be accessed simply by clicking on the appropriate header such as SmartMatch, Documents, and Financials.

Updating a Load There are several updates that can be made via the Load Overview screen including Check In, Pickup or Drop Off, In-Transit Check Call, Financials, and Documents. Please see below for each individual update type. Check In 1. Go to the Check In row of the Load Overview screen. 2. Fill in as much of the driver information as possible. 3. Check the Driver Empty box when the driver has confirmed they are in route to the pickup location/appointment.

4. Click Save. Pickup or Drop Off 1. Go to the Pickup or Drop Off row of the Load Overview screen. 2. Fill in the Arrived and/or Departed dates and times.

3. Click on Save. Best Practices The View Items button allows you to see product information. If you are unable to save the Loading/Unloading information at the stop, it could be because there are unfulfilled requirements for the load (such as actual weight, piece count, etc.). Click on the View Items button to identify the unfulfilled requirements. In-Transit Check Call 1. Go to the In-Transit Check Call row of the Load Overview screen. 2. Fill in the current City, State, and Country of the driver.

3. Check the "Please check this box if event effects on-time pickup or delivery" box if this Check Call will have negative implications on the load's on-time status. Enter the reason why in the Tracking Notes box. Note: This will open an elog on the C.H. Robinson load. 4. Click Save. SmartMatch The SmartMatch section gives you a chance to view additional C.H. Robinson loads under specific parameters. You can choose from loads in one of the following categories: Round Trip Searches within 100 mile radius of origin and destination to find a round trip load. Take Me Home Searches within 100 mile radius of the origin and the driver s home city to find a load that will take them close to home. An option exists for the driver to change his home city if desired. Outbound Searches within 100 mile radius of the destination to find an outbound load. Destination is not taken into account. If load options do not match one of the criteria, you will have the ability to click the Find Other Loads button and perform a search with your own defined parameters.
