2 BRR and NGR Freight CC Trading as ROBERTTSON FREIGHTT is a privately-owned familybusiness established in August 1999, by brothers, Brian and Neil, who, with their current staff compliment, have collectively acquired almost 100 years experience, in the International Shipping industry. As at September 2005, the Company purchased their own premises, situated on the Foreshore in Cape Town, which is within the Port of Cape Town perimeter, indicating that the company is serious about its future and are here to stay. Due to their vast experience, they have built-up a large Agent-base globally, thus enhancing the Company s ability to co-ordinate shipments from / to any corner of the globe. Mission To be the only choice, providing all clients with the highest level of service and offering an excellent service orientated approach in addressing all their Transport and Distribution solutions, with a comprehensive guarantee of satisfaction. 4 MANAGEMENT Brian Robertson - Managing Member A clear and thorough understanding of the Shipping Industry, gained over the past 43 years as a director of a large International Freight Forwarder of which he was co-founder, has equipped Brian with the insight to effectively deal with and give advice on any shipment. He decided to fulfil his life-long ambition, to start a family-business, as well as add more value to the industry by partnering his brother in business in Our competitors are as good as we are but we make a difference and add value by going that extra mile, is the age-old belief that has built the foundation of Brian s business ethic, which is good old-fashioned excellent service. His extensive network positions the Company to co-ordinate any shipment globally. Neil Robertson - Managing Member Neil has earned the respect of a vast network in the Shipping Industry with his light-hearted, but effective approach. He draws on 31 years of experience with 2 Shipping Companies, both within which he was elevated to higher levels of responsibility, to which he adds his immense value as co- Managing Member, to the Company. He has been extensively involved in Ships Agency business, focusing on the Commercial and Operational Logistics of vessels plying the West African trade route. Often called upon to coordinate and consult Exporters / Oilfield service companies / Traders with their shipments to and from West African ports. Neil is very passionate about every project undertaken, which has made him the one, to get what others may consider impossible to do, DONE!! UNDER MANAGEMENT / OPERATIONAL STAFF Lyle Robertson - Import Operations Manager (Member) Lyle joined the family-fold, to gain experience in the Import-side of the business to contribute to his experience in the Marketing and Service industries. Thus far, he has exceeded all expectations and is thoroughly enjoying the family-business. Mia Robertson-February - Export and Sales Department manager (Member) The door lady to service excellence, Mia has extensive experience in Shipping and her attention to detail and ability to be an all-round problem solver makes her an invaluable asset to ensure that you and your clients remain satisfied. A wealth of knowledge and a natural sense of integrity enhance her ability to deal efficiently with any inquiry.

5 Rhodanthe Demi Africa - Import Operations: Entry clerk / Sea & Air Controller Joining the crew of a functioning C & F company was a dream comes true for Rhodanthe. She joined the company in August 2013, after successfully graduating after completing many courses related to the industry. She has flourished over the years and has become a gem in the Operations department. Shameega Shammy Kemp - Export Operations: Entry clerk / Sea & Air Controller Shammy joined the company in November 2014 after graduating from the Customs Training Facility. A very capable assistant to Mia, Shammy has become an integral part of the Operations department. ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF Cheryl Robertson - Accounts Manager Cheryl ensures the entire process is excellently managed and accounted for, financially and administratively. Her wealth of experience in this area forms the basis of the company s approach in the understanding that shipping is a Financial Service and not just an Administrative Service. Her accounting systems and procedures assist in ensuring efficient service delivery and at the end of the day, a happier you. Kim Robertson-Van Wyk - Accounts Administrator (Invoicing / Credit controller) (Member) Kim is Brian & Cheryl s youngest daughter and has been with the company since the outset. Kim has filtered into the front-line, and has an outstanding ability to efficiently handle and manage the fast-paced workings of our accounts department. She understands the importance of the support required in the pursuit for ultimate customer service. Michelle Stoffberg (B.Comm UWC)- Credit Controller & Reconciliation Administrator Michelle brings with her a wealth of experience in her field, to the business. The Management is very impressed with her capabilities and feels that she has potential to excel to great heights within the fold. Carlyn Philander - Invoicing Clerk and Reconciliation Administrator Carlyn is a family member who joined the Robertson crew in July 2014 to assist the Accounts department, has become an integral part of the financial crew and a true asset to the company. Maureen Jansen - Office Receptionist & Reconciliation Administrator Aunty Maureen or Mo-Jo as she is fondly referred to, has been affiliated to the Robertson s in a family and business relation for a many number of years and is fondly adored by Management & staff alike.
