Harry Mbevi Managing Partner Harry has over 28 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding and warehousing, gathered while working at the JKIA, port of Mombasa and other border entry points. He possesses unmatched experience in the import-export business; good people skills for building trusted relationships with colleagues and clients alike; and, a meticulous and logical approach in handling assignments. His leadership and business acumen has seen him head various managerial positions in service oriented operations overseeing groups of over fifteen skilled personnel in high performance environments with exemplary results and admirable client satisfaction. He possesses training qualifications in Advanced Customs Clearing in Harmonized Systems and Customs Valuation. These professional qualifications augment his ability to identify challenges and implement the most practical solutions. Harry demonstrates excellent project management skills and analytical abilities to logically interpret information and make sound business decisions. He is committed to pursuing positive business solutions and maintaining the highest levels of professional and personal excellence. He is also in the process of attaining a Certificate of Competence [C O C ]from the Federation of East African Freight Forwarders Association (FEAFFA) - a non-governmental organization, An Affiliate of International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association (FIAFA) representing the industry and covering over 40,000 forwarding and logistics firms, also known as the Architects of Transport.

4 Company Profile Charity Muthoni Mburu Managing Partner Charity heads the Sales and Marketing at Adroit Logistics. She has over 18 years in sales and marketing with senior level experience in executive decision making. Starting off at the sales desk in Colorama, she quickly progressed to become a branch manager at the city centre outlet. She then moved to Multi Options as Account Manager before joining Total Solutions and finally Smart Printers as Marketing Manager. Charity is independent minded and has been in the fore front of product and service development and roll out at the various companies and organizations she has worked with. She is people focuses with the passion and ability to build positive relationships. Her strong commitment and customer focus underscores her excellent negotiation skills. Charity is a perfectionist and a finisher with an admirable ability to motivate and lead teams into stellar performance. David Njuguna Operations Manager David Njuguna is a graduate of Strathmore University Institute of Data Processing Management; he holds certifications in IDPM stage II and in basic cargo rating IATA DGR cat6; he has attended several in-house trainings in Management Skills Series - People, Checkpoint Training, SAFE Training, C2C Training (Trace and Track/Warehousing program for Trans Oceanic shipments), Customer Care, Networking and Business Meeting Protocols. With over 19 years of experience, David has expertise in Cargo Operations, Live Animals Procedures, Perishable Regulations and Handling, Cool Chain Handling and Warehousing. He kick-started his career at DHL Express (K) ltd as Exports Coordinator, Exports team leader and finally Export and Import Supervisor effectively managing tasks simultaneously and meeting critical deadlines like timely recoveries of inbound cargo and handing over transit shipments to respective airlines. David is also skilled in warehousing with extensive experience in managing shipment locations, and providing accurate and detailed inventory scans for client while at DHL Express.

He was responsible setting up a new Exports department shortly after joining Transoceanic Projects & Development in 2009 as the Air Freight Exports and Logistics Manager. In an impressive record time of only three months, he was able to acquire and successfully manage IATA accreditation for Transoceanic. Further, he developed efficient process that led to timely settlements of airline invoices through the CASS airlines systems. Finally, David provided team guidance in ensuring IATA rules and regulations are followed. David is a valuable addition to the Adroit Logistics team with admirable people skills, insightful and result oriented work processes. Our Support Staff Adroit Logistics has a sales and marketing team with senior level experience in executive decision making. Our declarations and Port Operations team are certified in customs and freight forwarding from the Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA); and, customs procedures, freight logistics and management from the Kenya Revenue Authority training institute (KRATI); with additional skills set in tariff nomenclature and customs law.
