Bookings made after 30 th June 2008 will be subject to availability only. All prices listed include breakfast, taxes and service charges. The full hotel bill will be paid directly at the hotel. Your credit card will only be debited in case of cancellation, modification or no show as per the conditions below; by bank transfer: a deposit representing 1 st night stay is required upon reservation, and the pre-paid amount will be deducted from the final bill when paid by the participant at the hotel. Arrival Time: Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours. If you arrive before this time, it is possible that you may not be able to gain access to your room. In order to guarantee the room for an early arrival, you will need to book your room from the night before. Cancellation Terms and Conditions: In case of cancellation up to 01 August 2008, deposits will be refunded less CAD for administrative cost. After this date, no refund will be possible. A handling fee of CAD per hotel room will be charged for every hotel modification received after 01 August Any changes in reservation must be notified in writing to the Congress Organiser (Phone: , Fax: , fiata2008@mci-group.com) and not directly to the hotel. 2

Form D Raffle of the FIATA Foundation at the World Congress in Vancouver The Congress attendants will be able to place advance orders for raffle tickets with the Registration form, thereby helping to simplify the ticket sales process at the Congress. FIATA Foundation would be grateful for your assistance in reducing time and effort by ordering tickets in advance on this form. The first prize will be a free registration at the next FIATA World Congress 2009 in Geneva, Switzerland and there are a few other interesting prizes waiting for the winners. The raffle tickets are sold in sets of 5 tickets, which represents the minimum quantity to be ordered, at a cost of CAD 25 per set of 5. You can purchase raffle tickets during the congress at the FIATA and the FIATA foundation / ABVT booth. SPECIAL OFFER FOR PRE-ORDERED TICKETS ONLY! If you preorder, you get TWICE the chance of winning! 5 gets you 10, 10 gets you 20, 20 gets you 40, etc. The tickets ordered will be handed out to participants at the Congress center upon arrival. AIRPORT TRANSFER INFORMATION Unfortunately, new airport regulations do not allow us to have a welcome desk within the airport. For your convenience, we will organize a welcome service with hostesses standing in the arrival hall. Please contact them for assistance upon arrival. There are three different transfer possibilities from the airport to your hotel.
