3 Cargo services Terminal charges on goods Base rate. Lease, upgrade and maintenance of terminal area and buildings. Security Security charge covers parts of maintaining the terminal area according to international security standards. Security charge Filled ISO units 40 SEK Free quayside storage Import goods and storage units have 3 free storage working days. The free period of import goods includes the day of vessel discharge plus the following three working days. Export and transshipment goods have 5 free storage working days. The free period for export goods includes the day of vessel loading plus the preceding five working days. Storage surcharges on units containing dangerous goods and/or OOG units benefit from free storage on the day of vessel discharge or day of vessel loading, and will not be debited for the first Saturday and Sunday. Storage surcharge on temperature controlled units are exempted from free storage and debited from date of arrival until date of departure. On goods still at the terminal on 1 January 2015, the new tariff is applicable retroactive. 6 General conditions Applicability of the Terminal Tariff The Terminal Tariff applies to all business through APM Terminals Gothenburg from 1 January Conditions of payment Payment terms are 20 days from issue date of invoice. Interest on overdue payments will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act. Please quote invoice number when making payment. Standard Rate Schedule The Standard Rate Schedule is an enclosure to the Terminal Tariff. The Standard Rate Schedule is in place to facilitate service to any customer without valid contracts at APM Terminals Gothenburg. The Standard Rate Schedule can be found at We reserve the right to make changes to the Standard Rate Schedule with 60 days of notice. Determination of weights and measurements Charges are calculated on the basis of weights and measurements received in accompanying documentation or an average in general use in commerce. For any cargoes weighed and/or measured by the terminal, charges are calculated on the basis of the figures obtained. Claims All claims against invoices should be made within 8 days of receipt of the invoice. The claim should be sent to the Claims department according to the general claims procedure. Please check the web site for the updated instructions. VAT VAT is not included in the tariff rates. Changes to the Terminal Tariff We reserve the right to make changes to the Terminal Tariff with 60 days of notice.
