PERIOD TEUS (EUROS/DAY) Days Days Days Days Over 30 days (Board of Directors 12/11/07) Approval of the following tariff issues: 2.1 The tariffs shall be applied from 1st January The approved maximum tariffs, which are compulsory for the terminals, shall be applied to all the containers located in the terminal on the day the tariffs come into force, irrespective of the date the containers entered the terminal The modification of the second paragraph of the first agreement reached by the Board of Directors on 24th July 2007, so it reads as follows: A maximum tariff of 2.00 per TEU per day shall be applied to abandoned import containers from the day they entered the port, provided that they obtain the corresponding declaration of abandonment. To this end, the terminal will have to be notified that Customs has started the abandonment procedure so this tariff can be applied Accordingly, if a container is not finally classed as being abandoned, and during the documentary goods abandonment procedure, the container is released for consumption, the standard tariff shall be applied from the date the container entered the terminal. Likewise, when the container is declared as being abandoned, the amount to be invoiced will be regularised from the date the container entered the port. 5
