Please place and submit the tender form for each of the brands separately along with the DD for tender fee in sealed cover. The University reserves all the rights to reject any tender without assigning any reason. No tender received after the stipulated date will be considered. 5 // 4 // Terms and Conditions (1) Please enclose authorization certificate and brand registration certificate for the current year i.e. for along with your application. (Application without authorization certificate and brand registration certificate will not be accepted.) (2) SSI No., Manufacturing License No., Quality Control Report and Income Tax Return for Turnover (Last Three Years) are to be enclosed along with application. (3) Sub-dealership/ Re packers/reseller are not allowed. (4) Submit your offer in Tender form only with tender fee of 2,500/- by D. D. only in favour of The Registrar, Sardar Patel University for each brand. Any other type of form will not be accepted. (5) Vendors, after approval for R.C. shall have to pay 10,000/- to the University as Security deposit against each tender, which will be refunded on completion of the contract period without any interest. (6) Test reports on quality of goods supplied, carried out by the concerned department shall be final. (7) University reserves its all rights to accept or reject any tender/s without assigning any reason. (8) Any change/revision in the Govt. levies only will be allowed. Price changes by the firm/s will not be allowed in any case. (9) Fill up tender form for each brand separately along with a D. D. of tender fee, i.e. Separately sealed cover for each brand.
