The application spectrum of PFA575 floor scales ranges from simple to more advanced weighing processes like formulation, batching or filling, all the way to customer-specific adaptations. A wide assortment of basic models covers all requirements for easy weighing. Five standard sizes and three free size dimensions in combination with different weighing ranges 300, 600 and 1500 up to 3000kg build the basic portfolio. An array of options and accessories can adapt the weighing platform to your specific needs, all designed to make your scale easy to handle and optimize its metrological properties. Easy installation and handling PFA575 weighing platforms are made for easy installation on the floor or in a pit. Select the appropriate data interface, the required resolution, an installation frame, the optimum surface quality and the right length of the connecting cable. A galvanized platform for dusty and humid areas The galvanized mild steel platform in combination with the IP68 protected load cells are the basic requirements for use in dusty and humid areas. The special hot galvanized manufacturing process ensures a basic protection against corrosion while the IP68 protection ensures that the load cell is completely dust proof as well as resistant to submersion. Optionally you can order the galvanized platform with stainless steel components. For example a stainless steel AISI304 load plate can be selected either with a smooth or pattern surface. In addition all accessories including ramps, and installation frames are available in stainless steel.
