2 WHAT IS FULFILLMENT BY WISH? Fulfillment by Wish (FBW) is a warehousing and operations service available to Wish merchants for a fee. Merchants store inventory with Wish, and Wish handles all order fulfillment and outbound shipment processing. Merchants who use FBW enable their products to be part of the Wish Express program. Please adjust your related shipping settings accordingly in the Wish merchant dashboard to enable shipping to the U.S.. FBW US delivers products within 5-7 days, which automatically qualifies the products for Wish Express benefits, including up to 10x more exposure. BENEFITS FROM USING FULFILLMENT BY WISH (FBW) Wish Express benefits guaranteed for FBW active inventory. Order fulfillment and outbound shipment processing handled by FBW. Merchants receive payment promptly for delivered FBW orders. Merchants are not liable for logistics-related refunds. No upfront deposits required. 3 HOW FULFILLMENT BY WISH WORKS 1. Once approved to use FBW US, Wish merchant creates an FBW Shipping Plan. 2. Wish merchant ships inventory to FBW US warehouse. 3. When FBW US warehouse receives the inventory, it s in active state and ready for sale. FBW active inventory is automatically marked as Wish Express. 4. FBW team fulfills for the merchant. 1 2 Merchant creates FBW Shipping Plan. Merchant ships inventory to FBW US warehouse. FBW team fulfills for merchant. 4 Customer places order on Wish. 3 Inventory at FBW US warehouse is active, ready for sale, & marked as Wish Express. HOW TO GET STARTED WITH FULFILLMENT BY WISH 1. Tell your Wish account manager that you want Fulfillment by Wish enabled for your merchant store. All applicants must provide a photo ID. Merchants registered as companies must provide business license information. U.S. taxpayers must also complete a W-9 form. Among non-u.s. taxpayers, companies must complete a W-8BEN-E form while individual merchants must complete a W-8BEN form. Your Wish account manager will verify your documents and enable your FBW account. Updated January 2018 Page 3

4 2. Log in to access the FBW menu on your merchant dashboard after your Account Manager has approved your FBW request. Make sure you have product listings added to your store and that each product listing is in Approved status. 3. Create a new FBW Shipping Plan: i. Choose warehouse country. ii. Select the warehouse and how you will deliver inventory to the warehouse. iii. Choose related SKUs and set their quantity. iv. Prepare products by printing out SKU labels and attaching them to packages. v. Ship products to FBW warehouse by following instructions on Wish merchant dashboard. 4. Fulfillment by Wish active inventory will be automatically marked as Wish Express. When your listing gets sales, the fulfillment process starts. During the inventory storage period, you can retrieve or dispose of your inventory, or transfer your inventory to another location. Summary 1. 5 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS i. Program fees and setup What s the cost of using FBW? Fee details can by found by logging into your merchant account and clicking on FBW Fees and Payment. Shipping fees are charged by the warehouse after weighing package(s). How do I pay for the warehousing cost and order fulfillment and shipping cost? You can view the cost details by logging into your merchant dashboard and clicking on FBW View Fees. The system will automatically deduct occurred charges every billing cycle from your account balance. Do you have an FBW API? Not yet. At this moment, if you need to operate FBW, you will have to log into the Wish merchant dashboard where you can make modifications. Updated January 2018 Page 5

6 ii. Inventory allocation What type of products should I pick for FBW? How many? Merchants should prioritize products that have experienced historically high sales on Wish. FBW will reach more customers by increasing supply availability and improving delivery time. Products that have global appeal and that are not subject to seasonal trends are also good candidates for FBW. Depending on previous sales data, we recommend starting with an allocation of units per SKU for FBW. Are there certain limitations regarding the size or quantity of product I can ship to your warehouse at one time? There are no weight or size limitations, but if you have concerns about shipping big, bulky items to the warehouse, please contact fbw-ms@wish.com. It doesn t hurt to ship more units to the warehouse if you are confident that the inventory is going to move quickly. Keep in mind that the free storage period of the warehouse is only 90 days. After 90 days time, you will be responsible for any storage cost. iii. Logistics How should I ship my products to the FBW US warehouse? Merchants can use their own carrier and/or freight forwarder to ship directly to the FBW US warehouse. Merchants are responsible for their products clearing U.S. customs. The Wish FBW warehouse is not responsible for paying duties or notifying merchants about unpaid duties. The Wish FBW warehouse may refuse to accept inbound shipments if duties are unpaid. What should I do if there is a discrepancy between the inventory I sent to the warehouse and the SKUs and quantity recorded in the Wish merchant dashboard? Please allow 48 hours for the FBW US team to check in inventory upon receipt. If you believe there is a discrepancy with inbound inventory, you can reach out to Wish and we will work with the warehouse to resolve. Updated January 2018 Page 6

7 After I create the inbound shipping plan, when should I ship products to FBW? Please ship products in a timely manner to the warehouse (we suggest no more than 6 business days after you create a shipping plan). After you ship products, make sure you click Ship to warehouse to complete your shipping plan. Where can I review my FBW Shipping Plans? To view your Active FBW Shipping Plans, you can navigate to the FBW Menu and click on the Action Required option to review the shipping plans you created. Under the Action column you can review the shipping details or duplicate an existing shipping plan. To view Cancelled, Expired, or Completed FBW Shipping Plans, navigate to the History option from the FBW Menu. iv. Refunds Who will be responsible for post-fulfillment refunds? Merchants will be responsible for non-logistics-related refunds, such as product quality and product functionality. Wish will review all logistics-related refunds to determine which party is responsible. Any refund disputes should be filed by the merchant, and will be processed by a Wish representative promptly.
