The Additional Directorate General of Foreign Trade invites quotations from desirous firms for supply of computer items i.e. PC s, Laptops and Printers (specifications as per Annexure B, C, D & F ). The quotations in sealed cover super scribed Quotation for Supply of computer items i.e. Laptops and Printers containing Technical and Financial bids in separate sealed covers should be addressed to the Foreign Trade Development Officer (General Section) at 2 nd Floor of O/o Addl. DGFT, CLA, A Wing, I.P. Bhawan, I.P.Estate, New Delhi. The last date of receipt of quotation is by 5.00p.m The technical bid will be opened on 19 th February 2014 at P.M. The Financial bids of only those firms which qualify the technical bid shall be opened after 2-3 working days. The tenders, who wish to be present, may do so at this office. 2. The prospective bidders are requested to go through the enclosed terms and conditions of the contract carefully. The bid documents (Technical and Financial) are to be submitted as per Annexure I & II. The quoted rates should be inclusive of all charges except taxes. 2 Terms & Conditions 1. The firm should have PAN and Sales Tax/Service Tax Registration (proof in the regard may be attached). 2. The firm should not have been blacklisted by any Government Organisation during the last three years. A certificate in this regard may be attached. 3. No cutting/overwriting is allowed in the quotations. 4. Rates will be all inclusive except taxes. 5. The contract is not transferable. 6. Delivery should be made at O/o Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, (CLA), A-Wing, (2 nd Floor), I.P. Bhawan, I.P.Estate, New Delhi An undertaking, in respect of owning all the responsibility about genuineness of the items must accompany the quotation. 8. Quotations received late will not be considered. 9. For all legal purposes, the contract will be deemed to have been concluded in New Delhi and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction in all matter of dispute. 10.
