RARI AUTO is a part of the R&C Group and is focused on conveyor technology for the automotive industry. Well invested manufacturing sites complemented with the company s skilled employees. 10 PRODUCTION RARI is equipped with an advanced production equipment and can answer with flexibility to the needs of its customers. Weekly 120 tons of sheet metal can be processed using its own capacity. Capacity peaks are absorbed by a network of qualified contract manufacturers. 10

20 CASE STUDIE MACHINE TO POLISH SEGMENTS Machine developed and patented by RARI in order to automate the traditionally manual process performed by the manufacturer of rings and washers for, specifically for car engines cylinders automotive industry. This process seeks to replace fully manual operation, with a great weight of human labor, waste and no guarantee of obtaining satisfactory levels of quality by automatic adoption of the process where they are assembled and brushed several rings / washers simultaneously. The purpose of this implementation passes to achieve greater profitability through process automation, increased energy efficiency and improved quality levels. 20
