8 Private Entertainment Traditionally weddings and large private parties have taken place in hotel venues; but it is now considered to be a very stylish option to entertain ones' guests in the home. For most, this is not a viable option, due to area and space restrictions. However, dreams can really become a reality with the provision of world class dining facilities with the elegance of a hotel banqueting suite provided outdoors with one of our luxurious pavilions. The beauty of home entertainment is that - unlike a permanent venue, one is not restricted by given schedules and times, colour options, food choices etc. Clients can decide their own dates and choose any large variety of fare. Coopers have been trading in the Marquee sector for over 20 years. The original business was founded by Tim Cooper, still the Managing Director of Coopers Marquees. 25 Statues - Urns - Ballustrading To add style and finesse to your space as well as being useful dividers for cordoning off areas, we provide statues - urns - ballustrading. Design Aid Coopers Marquees will produce an explicit layout and colour images of your planned event in order to give you a preview of how your Marquee will look in your setting, taking into account trees, fences, buildings etc. Using the very latest CAD Systems we will help you plan to accommodate all your needs. Visualising is important and our CAD software allows us to scale all furnishing into your structure confirming configurations and giving you a 3D visual of your site plans.

Choose from heavy duty temporary buildings or lighter weight structures. Coopers Marquees can offer you the Evolution Structure which is a robust and sturdy construction that can be left up for several years. It has a double skinned roof which is filled with air, and it boasts fully insulated wall panels that provide ideal working temperatures. This structure provides spacious temporary accommodation with the look and feel of a permanent building. It is also possible to install a mezzanine floor to utilise the available space even better. Evolution is ideal for exhibitions, concerts, very stylish corporate entertainment, airport facilities, retail solutions and has many other applications. Due to its tensioned roof system Evolution can withstand windspeeds unlike other semi permanent buildings. Evolution comes in Clearspan widths of 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m, 45m, 50m, 55m and 60m. The internal height ranges from 3.5 metres to 9.5 metres. This is a stunning structure, quite revolutionary and knows no boundaries.

31 Event Checklist To help you plan your event we are pleased to supply hereunder a useful checklist, of which some or all you may find relevant to your event - but since every event takes on a different hue we cover every aspect:- Decide on a suitable venue and site Is this site well drained? Is it level and accessible by forklift? Does it have adequate access for large vehicles? Is it secure? What do you know about underground and overhead obstructions? Is there a water supply for caterers, bar facilities and cloakrooms? Arrange for a site meeting with a trained Coopers Marquees representative to determine its suitability and how to best utilise the space, given the type of event and the numbers to be catered for Coopers to produce a layout plan for the Marquee requirements Would you consider an event planner? If not, you will need to: Order Marquee and Furnishings Order Loos - Generators - Heat - Trackway and other ancillaries Decide upon your chosen Caterer Decide about Bar requirements Decide about your Musical requirements Decide about your Floral requirements Send out Invitations Make a Table Plan Do you need to consider hiring a skip for post event waste?
