By 2030 there will be lcated up t 80% f prductin capacity, cncentrated the main trade and labr markets. Active influence f transit rail freight traffic t increase the stability and integratin f the wrld market. The wide diversificatin f services ffered by the railway peratrs. The annual grwth in f tax revenues btained frm the transprtatin f gds by railway in the natinal budgets f states.

Suggestins: 1. Creating a special grup r permanently functining bdy fr elabratin f the questin f the planning and launch f high-speed rail line (Crdinating Cuncil, a wrking grup, etc.); 2. Develpment f cncept (general scheme) fr the rganizatin f regular high-speed rail freight transprt in the cntinental traffic; 3. Determinatin f surces and vlume funding pririties: rlling stck, terminal infrastructure, histing and transprt means, strage and infrmatin technlgy, facilities fr mechanizatin and autmatin, etc.
