18 POSITIVE EARNINGS OUTLOOK The outlook for the freight industry is positive. TIL considers that this will support revenue and earnings expansion. Recent acquisition of MOVE provides a significant opportunity to cross sell services to the respective TIL and MOVE customer bases. Stability of forecast earnings with strong forecast cash generation provides the ability to offer dividends and to selectively acquire strategic assets. 18
