3 About the MHW Group Family of Companies MHW Group subsidiary, Cryo-Trans, Inc. (CTI), was started in Today CTI owns and operates the largest private reefer fleet in North America. CTI also offers full rail car management programs for railroad and privately owned rail equipment. MHW Group is a privately-held company providing end-to-end, asset-based cold supply chain solutions. MHW Group opened its first public refrigerated warehouse in Mt. Airy, MD in Today, the MHW Group owns and operates two state-of-the-art cold storage warehouses in the Mid- Atlantic area. Trucking subsidiary Cryo-Trans Logistics has been in operation since CTL offers truckload and consolidated less-thantruckload temperature controlled services throughout North America. 3
