RETURN POLICY Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase. It is the customer s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt and prior to decorating. Claims for defective merchandise and or shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Decorated products may not be exchanged or returned. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all wholesale order returns or canceled orders. Closeout and discontinued merchandise is not returnable. TERMS Wet Effect accepts all major credit cards and money orders. Check payments must be cleared before products will be shipped. ORDER CONFIRMATION If you do not receive an confirmation within 24 hours we did not receive your order. Wet Effect will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed. SHIPMENTS All orders received by 2pm EST will be shipped the same day upon receipt of payment. Orders are shipped via UPS or US express or priority mail.
