7 2004 DOJ Settlement: Sidewalks/Curb Ramps Timeline: 10 yrs Process: On Going Provide curb ramps at all intersections of streets, roads, & highways (newly constructed or altered since 1/26/92) with barriers to entry from a street level pedestrian walkway or where pedestrian walkways intersect a street, road, or highway.
