Purchaser shall establish LC on the request of the Seller. Cost towards the establishing LC shall be to the Seller at Seller's side and to the Purchaser at Purchaser's side. Any additional Charges due to the changes in the delivery shall be to the account of Seller. All the documents are required to be submitted by the Seller while claiming the payments through LC. GCC The packing, marking and the packages shall be: Cables shall be shipped on wooden or steel drums. Meter boxes and other equipment shall be packaged in wooden boxes with suitable waterproofing membranes.
