6 TM-FLEX The variable transport unit for maximum flexibility The variable transport unit can be loaded on one side or on both. The support pillars enable rear panels, adjustable shelves or container strips to be mounted without the use of screws. The side frame comprises a crossbar, one shelf and two support pillars made of steel profile (60 30 mm), perforated on four sides at 50 mm increments. Surface finish: pigeon blue NCS R70 B or according to TM colour chart The transport unit is equipped with 4 swivel castors, 2 of which have braking mechanisms. Wheel diameter 100 mm, rubber, grey, roller housing made of galvanised and chrome-plated sheet steel. Max. capacity 250 kg. The TM-Flex transport unit can optionally be equipped with: Perforated rear panels The support pillars can be vertically fitted with rear panels, either partially or up to their full height. All rear panels can be attached to the support pillars without screws. Rear panels perforated with square perforations mm, 38 mm division and slots 380 mm apart. Container strips To hold size 2, 3 and 4 storage containers, can be attached to the support pillars without screws. Max. load capacity 15 kg. Description: sheet steel Plain adjustable shelves with side panel The raised sides prevent the cargo slipping out in case of uneven floors. The adjustable shelves can be attached with the stop bar on either the front or the rear. The adjustable shelves are attached to the support pillars, horizontally or inclined 15, using two brackets without screws. Capacity 50 kg. Shelf height 25 mm + 17 mm lip. Each including two brackets and safety catch. Description: sheet steel. Slotted adjustable shelves The adjustable shelves are fitted with a stop bar on one of their longitudinal sides. 10 Labelling system Four steps to perfect labelling with THURScript Using the advanced THURScript labelling system, all Thur Metall products and most partition materials can be simply and clearly labelled. The labelling software can be downloaded easily and free of charge from the Thur Metall website. The labels are specially designed to be used with the software and are available as A4 sheets. They can be used in all commercially available printers. As a result, the range of individual label designs is virtually unlimited.
