Articulating jibs can be floor, wall, ceiling, or bridge crane mounted to best suit your application. 20 MOBI-Crane Flexible Material Handling at a Higher Level The MOBI-Crane line of portable jib cranes are designed to allow for maneuverability while providing a rugged and reliable material handling solution. The MOBI-Crane line of portable jibs includes the Heavy Duty MOBI-Crane, MOBI-Crane II M Series, MOBI-Crane II PV SERIES and the MOBI-ARM. The MOBI-Crane M series offers the ability to select various mechanical grippers for quick adaptability to any job. With an adjustable height from 1750 to 2740 mm. and an arm length of 2 or 3 meters, the MOBI-Crane provides a wide coverage area. It is a fully mobile mechanical crane and requires no external power source. The PV Series is designed to provide safe and fast vacuum suction to attach to products with a semi-porous surface such as cartons or paper boxes and bags. The operator can switch between different vacuum grippers, which allows for quick adaptability (change over) between different products.

21 A Versatile Lightweight Rail System The Mechrail rail system assortment consists of different sizes and configurations of extruded aluminum profiles. The intricate design with T-channels and flanges creates profiles with maximum strength allowing a heavy load capacity. Mechrail can be used for loads up to 1000 kg. There are also profiles with completely smooth sides to allow easy cleaning in applications, which demand high degree of cleanliness. Aluminum gives the profiles many advantageous properties. As an example, the system s low weight facilitates installation, and the use of the system becomes light and easy. With our own range of suspensions and low-friction trolleys, a complete system of tracks and cranes is easily created. Should there later on be a need for widening or lengthening the system, it can be expanded with easy-to-fit joint sets. The T-formed grooves on the sides of the profiles enables the attachment of various accessories. All of our Mechrail profiles are anodized, which makes them maintenance free.

22 Series Squeeze-O-Turn Series HSH Shaft Handlers Rolls of varying dimensions, weights up to 300-lbs (depending on roll size), can be picked up from the vertical position at floor/pallet level and deposited at random heights in a horizontal position. Product handling is accomplished with a gentle, controllable force with the Squeeze-O- Turn arms holding the product(s) in place during lifting, transport and rotation.
