Present during this inspection were Willie Martinez. There were forklifts as well as palletjacks at this site. These commodities where not labeled with a manufacturer nor was a brand name supplied. The 2 Alternators had the same model number, Model # Part # WA18EC0383S133115, with the serial numbers Unit # Unit # Both of the Alternators were packed in a wooden crate that attached to the top of a wooden pallet. The inner packing was a poly bag. Both of the crates had damage that corresponded to the damaged Alternators, see photo's # 1,2,4,5,&,6. Unit # 1 has damage to the cast iron fan housing, the casting around the fan is cracked and broken, and the aluminum fan cover is bent, see

3 INSPECTION REPORT Pg. 3 of 19 photo's # 10 & 11. Unit # 2 has damage to the top area. The metal cover in pushed down and inward on the corner, see photo's # 9,13,& 14. The customer Willie Martinez said that he would not be able repair.
