Any of the custom Bryant signs can give your firm a more professional image and help prospective customers identify you with the trusted Bryant name. Double-Faced Signs 4' x 6' sign featuring brand logo and dealer imprint on a single pole. Specifications All of the sign faces in the Bryant Outdoor Sign Program are vacuum-formed from tough, break-resistant polycarbonate plastic to provide protection against breakage in transit and in use. Faces are screen decorated in fade-resistant colors ensuring good weatherability. Dealer imprints are applied in black Scotch-Cal letters. Sign housings are of natural finish extruded aluminum and service easily. Illumination is provided by a highoutput, cool-white fluorescent lighting system. 5' x 6' sign featuring brand logo panel and 1' x 6' dealer imprint sign on a single pole. Ordering Choose the specific sign that suits your needs. Identify sign(s) and method of mounting on a current Bryant Outdoor Sign Order Form, then add your desired imprint. 8 Damaged Merchandise Shipped damages incurred while in transit are the responsibility of the common carrier. The manufacturer cannot assume responsibility for damage to the product in either the original shipment or during exchange of the whole or part. In accordance with I.C.C. regulations, the buyer must inspect all products immediately upon receipt for correct count, damage or defect. Visible damage or difference in count should be noted on the delivery receipt by the buyer before accepting delivery. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within fifteen days after receipt of shipment and a concealed damage report must be secured. The liability of the producer for shipping damage ceases with acceptance of the shipment in good order by the carrier at its shipping dock. Do not destroy or remove cartons and/or crates until the inspection has been completed. You can file your claim with the carrier and recover your costs. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING OF LOSS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS. Please Note New order forms will be published and distributed prior to any price increase. Any orders received by Federal Heath Sign on out-of-date order forms will be held until Distributor is notified and authorization to proceed at up-to-date pricing is obtained. To order additional order forms, please contact your Bryant Account Manager at Federal Heath Sign Co. The manufacturer of your illuminated sign, Federal Heath Sign, warrants the plastic faces, cabinet, electrical and installation, if applicable. Specifics of the guarantees are enclosed with each sign. Please note that the warranty and guarantees are provided not by Bryant, but by the manufacturer of the sign. Manufacturer s Warranty All Bryant illuminated signs and related products are guaranteed only by the manufacturer to be free of original defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Specific warranty and guarantees are as follows: Plastic faces: One (1) year on workmanship. All warranties provided by the supplier and paint supplier are passed on to the buyer. (NOTE: This does not include the conversion of such materials into useable faces and/or installation and freight.) Cabinet: One (1) year on all workmanship and materials. Electrical: (Except electrical components) Ninety (90) days unless manufacturer installs and maintains unit in which case a one (1) year warranty applies. Electrical Components: Manufacturer passes on to the buyer all warranties provided by component suppliers. This does not include conversion labor, freight or installation. Lamps are not guaranteed. Malfunction: Should there be a malfunction covered by the above guarantee/warranties. (Manufacturer will respond within approximately 15 days from proper written notification.) Installation: Warranty for one (1) year on all workmanship and materials if provided as part of the sale of the sign. Other Components: Warranties as provided by component suppliers are passed on from the manufacturer to the buyer. (NOTE: This does not include conversion labor, freight or installation.) The obligation of the manufacturer is limited solely to repairing, at its option, any material which upon inspection at its factory or by their appointed service agent, if installed or at location, are found to be defective within this period. Labor charge incidental to any repair or replacement outlined is not covered by warranty. Shipment to or from the purchaser or manufacturer of defective or repaired or replacement parts will be handled transportation charges COLLECT from manufacturer.
