4 PushIn Mobile Splitter Be prepared for being unprepared. For a shipowner it is of great benefit to stay flexible to the demands of the market. With our PushIn Mobile Splitter, we provide an easy-to-use, reliable and safe solution for greater flexibility. All a crew member has to do is connect the PushIn Mobile Splitter with an existing socket to simply double the capacity of one reefer container socket. So if a shipowner's client needs more reefer container sockets, this product helps to easily increase capacity. 1 One easy way to double. Simply double the amount of reefer container sockets without touching the electrical infrastructure of the vessel. Seal good: Feel good Like all VARITAIN friends, the PushIn Mobile Splitter also uses our WISKA Factory Seal, saying there is no need to open the casing when connecting to reefers. A relocated easy-to-access power terminal, high protection class, LED supported PushIn technology, a factory seal to provide maximum service support and much more: The VARITAIN PushIn Advance is everything shipyards asked for to give shipowners what they demand. The new WISKA power port, outside the box. Locating the new WISKA power port on the outside of the box was one move that gave two big advantages: It maximises the comfort of installation, as the main power terminal is easy to access, and it minimises the risk of damage, as the casing lid can stay closed the whole time. A shipyard s benefits: Less space needed We understand how valuable space on a container vessel is. By relocating the power terminal we managed to create a 40 % smaller casing. Which means less use of stainless steel in production and more efficiency in installation. EMC gland accessories Our EMC solution assures a 100 % effective shield and significantly easier installation. LED supported security Every time you plug in, an LED signal simply shows if the power supply is on. Safety first thanks to PushIn technology Thanks to the DNV GL approved PushIn technology you only need to plug in to switch power on. The moment you pull the plug out, the power supply is automatically switched off. A shipowner's benefits: FOAMED Foamed sealing Following the same principle of every PushIn product, the box includes a high-class foamed sealing which stands out from the seamless and captive cast for an extended lifetime. Venting technology The WISKA VentPLUG pressure compensation unit ensures permanent pressure equalisation between the interior and the exterior to minimise the risk of condensation water (optional). High protection With an IP66 / 67 approved protection level, every component of the socket is ready to resist tough environmental conditions. 7 PushIn Mobile Extension When the market asks, we answer. The best way to stand out on the market is by responding fast and safely to any demand. One answer to that demand is our PushIn Mobile Extension. It makes the organisation of the ship simpler and more flexible, by giving the shipowner the possibility of placing the containers far away from the next socket. 4 5 metres of toughness. 5 metres of cable maximise the reach of any socket on the ship. Its thick exterior coating makes this cable resistant enough to ensure trouble-free performance in the toughest conditions. Portable security. In safe hands The PushIn Mobile Extension keeps the crew safe and comfortable. Thanks to the DNV GL approved PushIn technology, voltage is supplied after you plug into the reefer container socket. Its portable design with a handle makes it easy to transport throughout the ship.
