2 Container handling charges 1. Storage fees The terminal charges do not include the VAT! 1.1 For import The day of arrival of the import train and the first four (4) calendar days are free of charges* After the free storage period the storage charges for the next four (4) calendar days: 13,00- /TEU**/day 26,00- /unit/day Storage charges after the four days period for the next two (2) calendar days: 29,00- /TEU/day 58,00- /unit/day Storage charges after the two (2) days period: 45,00- /TEU/day 90,00- /unit/day 1.2 For ADR/RID containers (including the empty but ADR/RID cargo contained containers) +50% surcharge. The day of arrival of the import train and the first two (2) calendar days are free of charges* 1.3 Terminal storage fee (in case of arrival and departure by road): The day of arrival of the unit and the first calendar day are free of charge. After the free storage period: 23,00- /TEU/day 46,00- /unit/day * The free storage period do not include the following national holidays ( 1st January, 15th March, 30th March (Good Friday), 1st-2nd April (Easter), 1st May, 20th-21st May (Pentecost), 20th August, 23rd October, 1st November and 25-26th December ). ** TEU: Twenty-Foot Equivalent Unit (e.g container counts 1 TEU, container counts 1,5 TEUs, 1 40 container counts 2 TEUs, 1 45 container counts 3 TEUs). Handling charges 2.1 Lifting charge of 37,00- /lifting 2.2 Lifting charges of containers from / to Kelenföld Container Depot (KCD Ltd., BILK Depot ) 30,00- /lifting 2.3 Mounting charges of swap bodies mounted on feet: 23,00- /lifting 3. Reefer container service charges 6.1 Operation on the terminal: 43,00- /cntr This price contains the moving of import container to the reefer yard. In case of export container the price contains the unloading from the truck to the reefer yard. 6.2 Handling charges: First 24 hours: From 25th hour per started day: 37,00- /cntr/day 37,00- /cntr/day These charges include the plug in and plug off procedures, inspections, and the storage and energy costs. 6.3 Handling charges of Gen-Set: The charges valid 1st January till 31st December / 5

4 7. Depot of empty containers 8. Swap bodies handling charges Handling charges of swap bodies on terminal: Storage of swap bodies on terminal: 23,00- /handling 2,00- /day/unit 9. Label replacement 30,00- /container We would like to call your attention, that in case of dangerous cargo containing containers, the terminal is forced to follow the legal requirements, that include the labeling of the units. In accordance with this regulation the proper labeling is automatically performed. 10. Weighing fee VGM service fee 30,00- /VGM weighing Criteria: After the VGM weighing the shipments should be dispatched for rail export at Rail Cargo Terminal-BILK VGM service fee in case of ex-post order ( after the drop off the unit at the terminal ) By terminal provided road transport equipment By Customer provided road transport equipment 124,00- /VGM weighing 104,00- /VGM weighing Criteria: After the VGM weighing the shipments should be dispatched for rail export at Rail Cargo Terminal-BILK VGM service fee for shipmets dispatched for rail export not at Rail Cargo Terminal-BILK Other weighing 104,00- /VGM weighing Other weighing ( one weighing ) 20,00- Other weighing ( two weighings ) 30,00- The Other weighing service fees do not include the handling charges. 11. Customs service charges The charges valid 1st January till 31st December / 5
