2 SHORT-HAUL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE Bac Ky s container trucking fleet is one of the three biggest in Northen Vietnam with a total of 90 trucks and 160 trailers. We provide transportation services as follows: Trucking import/export cargoes between Hai Phong and Northern provinces (focusing in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc). Collection of goods from factories to consolidation point (CFS warehouse in Tien Son) Distribution of goods from warehouses at ICD Tien Son or warehouses of customers in Bac Ninh Industrial Zone to other Northern provinces.

ICD Tien Son- Bac Ninh has advantageous location to serve best for customers in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc and North Hanoi via National highway no1b, no18 and Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway. PROVISION OF SYNCHRONIZED SOLUTIONS Bac Ky offers synchronized solutions with our self-contained infrastructure which integrates transportation with other services such as warehousing, customs and other ancillary services to cater to the most demanding needs of customers, and help reduce time and costs for them when working with a single service provider unit. Bac Ky currently provides the following services: Yard (40.000m2): Container yard, Bonded yard. Tien Son Customs Sub- Department Warehouse (72.000m2): Normal, CFS, Bonded, Cold-storage. Container trucking fleet (90 trucks & 160 trailes) Besides, with our abundant capital capacity and the ability to invest in new facilities, Bac Ky is willing to offer solution such as changing the type of containers, investing in specialized trailer and trucks, etc. to meet specific requirements of customers. 6 3. ENSURING QUALITY SERVICE AS COMMITMENT Bac Ky is committed to delivering on time and subject to a fine for late delivery cases of more than 30 minutes. Staffs of Bac Ky have high level of expertise as well as rich in experience. Workflow is highly specialized and resources are focused to maximize value for our customers. Ordering management software system helps customers track the progress of the order at any given time. Modern truck fleet of US and South Korea, under the age of 7. COMPETITIVE PRICE BY OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS Bac Ky s superiority compared with traditional method of transport: importers dropping empty containers at ICD Tien Son (instead of returning Hai Phong to do it), exporters picking up empty containers from ICD Tien Son (instead of picking them up all the way from Hai Phong). This dual-way transportation method help prevent travelling empty-handed half of the route between Hanoi and Haiphong. As such, Bac Ky can always offer customers with competitive price. 8 4. COMPETITIVE PRICE BY OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS Combined-container transportation: combining a 20 laden and an empty 20 container. In pursuant to regulations by Ministry of Transport, trucking of over 24 tons has been banned. As for that, Bac Ky provides customers with a solution of combining containers that bring optimal efficiency, reduce costs and offer them competitive prices: The combination of an importing laden container and an empty container from Hai Phong (this empty container will be used to pick up an exporting cargo of another customer). On the way back to Hai Phong, there will be an exporting laden container and an empty container on the truck. Such combination methods prevent one way travelling empty-handed, therefore doubling efficiency.

9 5. ECONOMIES OF SCALE For customers with large and stable exporting volume, Bac Ky can extend the retention time up to 24 hours. In particular, Bac Ky will place 1 truck and a number of trailers and empty containers at customer s factory to ensure constant packing. This option helps customers reduce storage area of finished products and optimize production efficiency. Samsung is one of the major partners of the Bac Ky with transport volume of containers per day. At Samsung s plant, Bac Ky constantly places 1 trucks with trailers and empty containers. The truck will pull empty containers to the dock leveler and bring each finished one to the shipping area. The regular maintenance of only one truck help Samsung reduce retention cost (up to 1mil VND/day/truck) and improve value chain performance.
