37 Image guidelines 1. Pick the right category 2. Minimum 2 pictures, Maximum 8 pictures (advisable multiple views front, side, back view etc.). 3. Minimum photo Size/Pixel: 500 x 500 pixel 4. Maximum 2000 x 2000 pixel for both Fashion & Non-Fashion category 5. Make sure the images are not blurry 6. Show ONE product in a picture, avoid multiple products

38 Image guidelines Image Ratio : 1:1 min: (500x500 pixels) / max (2000x2000 pixels) 1:1 = same number of pixel vertically and horizontally, typically in square shape

49 Fulfillment process Step 1 : Order processing To find your pending order: In Seller Center, click Orders Manage Orders Pending Always process orders from the earliest date to the latest. Orders must be processed within the first 24 hours of receipt. Take note of the payment method column. Then click on Invoice under Order Overview to proceed to select 3PL depending on the payment method.

51 Fulfillment process Step 2 : Picking Once printed, a check will appear under the printed column. Once all the invoices are printed, pick the items from storage accordingly. Step 3 : Packing Once items are picked according to the invoices generated and items are packed accordingly, click on Ready to ship under the Actions column. An automated tracking number will be generated for the order.

54 Fulfillment process FULFILMENT PROCESS SKYNET DS & TA-Q-BIN 1. Print 4 copies of shipping labels. 2. Receiver copy stick on the package 3. POD & Billing copy insert in the pouch & stick on the package 4. Merchant copy for your own reference

55 Fulfillment process Step 3 : Packing Once shipping labels are printed, click on the Ready to ship button to proceed.

56 Fulfillment process Step 4 : Drop off The item will move from Pending status to Ready to ship. Now, drop the item to the nearest 3PL branch. Get a dropoff acknowledgement from 3PL on the merchant s copy of the shipping label.

57 Fulfillment process Step 5 : Shipping Once the order has been shipped by the relevant 3PLs, the status will change from Ready to ship to Shipped within 24 hours.

58 Fulfillment process Step 5 : Shipping Once the order has been shipped and delivered by the relevant 3PLs to the customer, the status will shift from Shipped to Completed. This means that the order has been successfully processed from receipt to the completion of delivery.

Stick selected 3PL shipping labels on your packed product 5. Update SC status to READY TO SHIP 6.
