Change List - Resolved Issues Use the following information to review the resolved issues that occurred in Epicor Manifest since the last release. Each record is tracked by its number and includes a summary description. Maintenance Document Manager Document Manager Hazmat Groups Manifest Detail, Manifest Summary and SpeeDee Manifest were using filter for container number only, which caused some detail duplication. An additional filter based on shipment number was added to these reports to remove any duplication. Text regarding 'Your online resource...' was removed from the Packing Slip. Allow duplicate HazmatGroup records with same IATA # and/or Proper Shipping Name. Some hazardous materials have different packing group designations based on level of risk based on quantity shipped, so require ability to create unique records. Rate Shopping Obsoleted ship codes are no longer displayed in rate shopping. Obsoleted facilities are no longer displayed in rate shopping. Shipping Miscellaneous shipments using Use Address option will no longer give a duplicate key value error. Save & Close button within Miscellaneous Shipment will now save information. CTS does not require the space within the postal code (Ex: > ). Previously, when shipments were created with either COD or Declared Value options, the settings were lost if the user changed the ship code to a different service or carrier. This has been resolved by adding a dialogue window for the COD option, to have the user manually reset the COD options. For Declared Value the database values are now correctly rendered on the Shipping Screen upon a change of the ship code. 4

Fixed the duplicate key value error on miscellaneous shipment Change List - Enhancements Use the following information to review the application enhancements that occurred in Epicor Manifest since the last release. Each record is tracked by its number and includes a summary description. All 3131 CompanyId column has been added to a table used during the upgrade process. Administration 3426 Install updated version of UPS web services to support new features available from UPS. 2556, 3541, 3537 Added ability to register a new UPS customer profile and add accounts using the Manifest application and UPS web services. In the >General tab, the [Register UPS Shipper] is used to register a shipper with UPS and generate shipper credentials (user/password/access key) for processing shipment and rating requests. In the >Facilities tab [Add UPS ABR Account] is used to link the shipper's UPS account for a specific facility to the registration and enable the shipper to receive both daily and negotiated rates when processing a shipment or rate request. Each facility must be linked individually Added carrier options to support UPS insured packages when the freight charges are billed to the recipient or third party, but the shipper will be billed for declared value insurance surcharge. Successfully complete annual certification for 2016 with UPS. Maintenance Document Manager FedEx2016 certification complete with new services and features For customers utilizing the feature to adjust UPS rates by service and destination zone, the import routine to load the UPS zone tables is now updated for the new version of UPS web services released with DHL api updated to latest version Manifest Detail and Summary reports updated to allow for larger tracking number field. 5

Net cost method has been added to the NAFTA form. Commercial invoice by item reformatted to support multiple shipment lines for the same products Provided Commercial invoice options with billable freight charges Within the Hazmat Group setup, the Proper Shipping Name field now allows 150 characters. Product & Order Line can now be more than 256 characters Rate Shopping , 3144, , Rate shopping function will now have the ability to clear the ERP Data and unselect a ship code. Rate shopping error handling has been enhanced. Rate Shopping will capture a one time ship to as the destination from an E10 order. Rate Shop a P21 order that is shipping from multiple facilities. After rate shopping an order shipping from multiple facilities, the user may push back different ship vias to the corresponding order releases. Country Data packager now includes APO/FPO Districts for US Shipping 3597 When processing a shipment from the Manifest Shipping Screen, an error message will alert the user if a [Billing Method] option is not selected prior to processing the shipment. 6

For international shipments the product description can now be more than 256 characters. FedEx Freight shipments now pass the customer PO number to FedEx for inclusion on the FedEx BOL form. Dimensions are now included on return shipments FedEx 2016 certification; now supports return service option Returns Clearance FedEx 2016 certification; now supports third party consignee FedEx 2016 certification; now supports masking of secondary barcode & shipper account number on label FedEx 2016 certification; now supports customer references on SmartPost shipments FedEx 2016 certification; User now required to accept license agreement during account registration Update made to UPS SurePost shipment to create the PO Box Indicator tag in shipment request data set when selected by the user. E10 signature options supported for Endicia FedEx2016 certification; notification tag updated to meet new FedEx requirements. Support printing of UPS API Return Receipt form. Added logic to truncate all ship from/to address tags in the UPS shipment request to 35 characters which is maximum number of characters accepted by UPS. Added carrier options to support UPS Premium Care service for intra-canada shipments. UPS Premium Care provides personal handling and chain of signature services with the following features: * Individual monitoring of every package with state-of-the-art systems * Specialized care by trained compliance personnel maintaining strict conformance to Health Canada regulations * First-class service for your other high-value, critical, or fragile shipments * Each package personally handed from one Premium Care Representative to the next and is never processed through any automated system Added information required by UPS in the shipment request data set to support Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing requirements for a US/PR origin international shipment when the EEI is filed by the shipper (ITN or Exemption Citation) or requesting UPS to file on behalf of the shipper. Expand support of 3 references on FedEx label to 4 references. Pronumber is now generated on the common carrier label & BOL at time of shipping. DHL label can be printed in different formats (ZPL / EPL ) from different workstations 7

If SQL and other required connections are not available, WIS will try to restart after a two minute delay. Maintenance 3558 Document Manager Print Monitor reports are no longer refreshing to original report on service restart if changes were made to a report with the same name. Rate Shopping 3153, 3493, 3492, 3473 Rate Shopping performance enhancements. Reports/Tools 3464 Data Packager Import Epicor Manifest V4.0.0 performance tuning related to ship code defaults. 8

13 Release Notes Release Notes: Epicor Manifest When the validation_status on the Prophet 21 order header is set to [COD] then the shipment in Epicor Manifest will default to Collect On Delivery and default carrier options will be created automatically per carrier data requirements. This is available for carriers UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee, and Endicia (USPS). Setups to enable this feature include Settings to define default values for carrier-specific COD options (e.g. accepted funds type, currency code, add freight to COD). A warning is now displayed when a shipment is pulled from Prophet 21 that is COD, and the user changes the ship code in Manifest, eliminating the COD settings; the warning states "You are changing the ship code for a shipment that is flagged as Collect On Delivery. You must manually select the COD carrier option and related fields for this ship code prior to shipping." Enhanced the ShipCodeRefresh integration job to include the ID and description using address records in Prophet 21 that are designated for use as carrier IDs [address.carrier_flag = Y]; this allows the user to link these ship codes to the appropriate carrier and service In Epicor Manifest Change List - Performance Enhancements Use the following information to review the performance enhancements that occurred in Epicor Manifest since the last release. Check name and password. Validate credentials again." Enhanced Print Monitor to process print jobs when no user logged into Windows The Settings for printing can now be used in the setup of the Print Monitor Shipping 2408 Label Expanded the carrier label file name to include YYYYMMDD-HHMM###### where # represents seconds; added a short pause between the creation of label files so that shipments with many container labels can generate all the necessary labels 13

Manifest then captures pick ticket details (order, orderlines, ship quantities, customer) from Prophet 21 required to complete the shipment and create required paperwork (labels, tracking numbers, export documents) and calculate costs for outbound freight. The ship code on the order header directs the carrier and service to be used. Additional carrier value-added services that impact freight costs can be selected prior to processing the shipment. When the shipment process has completed, tracking numbers and 15
