Wear ANSI approved safety impact goggles when assembling this product. Goggles are available from Harbor Freight Tools. 5. DO NOT OVERREACH. Keep proper footing and balance at all times when assembling this product. It is recommended that two people assemble this product. 6. STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing at all times. 3 7. USE THIS PRODUCT FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE ONLY. 8. BOLT DOWN THIS PRODUCT IF PLACING IT ON TOP OF A TABLE OR A WORKBENCH. (HARDWARE NOT INCLULDED). 9. INJURY COULD OCCUR IF CARDBOARD BINS (0 & ) AND SHELVES ARE OVERLOADED OR UNBALANCED. 0. NEVER EXCEED THE OVERALL WEIGHT CAPACITY OF SHELVING (50 LBS.-EVENLY DISTRIBUTED). Never exceed the weight capacity of each bin (small bins = 6 lbs. each / larger bins = 8 lbs. each). Unpacking When unpacking this product, check to make sure that all parts are included as shown in the parts list. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number below. Steel Shelf Assembly: ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. Two people make the assembly quicker and easier. One person can hold the Right Side Support (2) and later the Left Side Support () while another person attaches the Top Header (3), Shelf Support (4), Shelves (5) and Back Brace (6), using Bolts (7), Washers (8), and Nuts (9). 5 Box Assembly Refer to the instructions on the bottom of the boxes as to how to assemble. Big Cardboard Bin () Figure 5 The above instructions read: Figure 6 A.) Fold Flap #2 around Flap #. Align slots. Fold Flap #3 up and push tab #4 through slots and lock into hole in bottom. B.) Fold #5 Flaps in first. Fold tab #6 up and lock over #5 Flaps into lot in bottom. C.) After assembling Bins (0 & ), place Bins on the Shelves (5) of the Steel Shelf and Pick Rack Bench. Do not overload. Check the maximum weight capacity for each Bin as shown on page 2. Maintenance. Do not get Cardboard Bins wet. Wipe out dust and particles with a dry cloth. Avoid toppling by anchoring down Bench on a table or a workbench. 2.
