The SINOPEC products can be supplied to various vessels at wharf, anchorage ground, IPL, WOPL, EOPL in Singapore and also can be supplied at PORT KLANG in Malaysia. On the basis of volume, products can be supplied by IBC or bulk supply in barge. The SINOPEC products can be supplied to VLCC and other different vessels in Middle East in accordance to requirements. LO Products ordering procedure (3.1) Overseas dealers or shipowners (the clients) send supply information to and cc to client manager and the operator of Marine Lubricant Oil Division (the operator) simultaneously. (3.2) The operator will reply to the clients or client manager within 24 hours in relation to supply possibility and supply fees. The supply will be arranged after both parties making a confirmation. (3.3) The operator will send Marine Lube Delivery Receipt to the clients, client manager and the contact person of SINOPEC 7

10 LUBRICANT (SINGAPORE) via within three working days after supply had been finished. (3.4) The contact person of SINOPEC LUBRICANT (SINGAPORE) will post Commercial Invoice and original Marine Lube Delivery Receipt to the clients within 15 working days after supply had been finished. (3.5) Notes Name of products and package are same as elaborating in SINOPEC products list. Name of the vessel, contact telephone number, ETA, name of port, agent, form of delivery must be filled in. 4.
