4 Getting Started To get started tap the Sign In button on the home screen. 4

5 Signing In To Your Account Contact your account manager to send you an invitation to set up your log in details, then proceed to sign in with those details. 5

6 Accessing The Range You can browse our complete range of products by tapping on the Products tab. 6

7 Product Selection Easily sort products by brand, product range, new products or even search using keywords or part number. 7

8 Search Function To search for products tap on the magnifying glass icon and input your search terms. 8

9 Product Search The search feature allows you to search for products with keywords or by typing in the part number of the desired product. 9

10 Barcode Scanner Using the search feature you can search for a product by scanning its barcode by tapping the barcode button. 10

11 Product Information When a product is selected you can access its stock levels, product information, related technical data, user manuals, as well as view your own personal pricing. 11

12 Stock Levels Stock levels shows you product availability in any one of our national distribution centres across the country. 12

13 Adding Products to the Ordering Products Shopping Cart To add a product to your cart, simply tap the Add to Cart tab. You will then have the option to select quantities. 13

14 Accessing the Cart You can access the cart by tapping on the cart button found in the top right corner. 14

15 Updating Cart & Checking Out Once the cart is open you can view and modify the contents. When you are ready to proceed with your order tap the checkout button. 15

16 Displaying Order Details On the order details page you have the option to view your order via the Show Order drop down. You can also see if everything in your shopping cart is ready to ship. Once you have confirmed the items press Next to proceed. 16

17 Show Order The show order screen displays all of the items in your cart and pricing for each of the items. 17

18 Delivery Details You can choose to have your order sent to you or you can opt to pick it up from your local warehouse. There are many direct delivery options to choose from. To view alternate delivery options tap View All Options. 18

19 Delivery Details To change the delivery destination, simply tap on the pencil icon in the Deliver To field to amend it. Once you have confirmed your pickup or delivery details tap next to proceed. 19

20 Order Confirmation The confirmation page is the final step of the checkout process. It is here that you review your order and the delivery options. If everything is correct then tap the Confirm your Order button and a pop up will let you know that your order has been confirmed. You will also receive an order confirmation . 20

21 My Orders You can check on your current or view previous orders in the My Orders tab on the home page. 21

22 My Orders In this menu you can view the status and even trace your orders. This menu will also display other related information. 22

23 More Functions Tap the More tab to view a range of features such as viewing completed invoices, requesting price lists, using the fibre quoter, requesting statements and managing account settings. 23

24 More Functions The app allows users to do more than just browse and shop. Providing a range of extra features and resources at your fingertips. If desired feedback can also be left from this page. 24
