Lift gate charges will be included in your freight charges. RETURNS & CLAIMS: All returns, shortages, damages and price discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise returns must be in full inner packs, cannot be pre-priced and in original packaging. All returns MUST have prior approval and a Midwest Design Imports return authorization number will be required. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. If a shipment is refused, a 15% re-stocking charge plus inbound and outbound freight will be charged. PAYMENT DATE: Customer agrees to pay Midwest Design Imports, Inc. on or before the due date specified on the invoice. Payments are posted the day they are received in our office, not the date of the check. Any invoice past due is considered delinquent and therefore is subject to a 1.5% per month (18% per annum) late charge. Any court costs, attorney fees and collection fees that arise from collecting past due accounts will be charged to the customer.
