Our Challenge We want to maximise value from our existing hubs, and invest in the North Sea to help it reach its potential However, we face a number of key challenges: Increasing costs in the supply chain Lower productivity in mature basins Less than adequate capital performance Resulting in a number of project opportunities which are stalled Our goal is to unlock these projects and we re targeting savings to keep unit lifting costs flat over the next three years
