1 D23- Floor Transitions PM Callouts EXECUTION The project is called Floor Transitions which contains modified SOW happening in: Vinyl bays Laminate bays Hardwood bays Store specific C&E to make room for the Floor Transitions Bay You are responsible to ensure your crew follows the specific SOW for each bay Be prepared and create a critical path for this project before beginning, this includes printing: ALL POGs (filter by department and store if you cannot locate a POG) Layout (in color if possible) RIG instructions MES sheets (Use white paper for Floor Transitions and appropriate colors for other store specific MES) o Rent and expense a Circ. Saw from Tool Rental to cut MES transitions larger than 4ft Inform MEAS Transitions have already been written off and need to be discarded in the compactor and not donated o Expense under Tents and Flags on Concur Sign POGs Article Cheat Sheet (uploaded to THDCR under Floor Transitions) D23 Floor Transitions SOW excel file uploaded to THDCR under Floor Transitions Filter to your store for details on your SOW for C&E bays including exiting programs Vendor Fixture for Floor Transitions is shipped on the BOM in 2 individual shipments PAGE 2 contains a detailed break down of what is in each shipment. Verify that all components in the two shipments are on site. You do not need to validate the hardware If needed, purchase and expense any hardware BEFORE the store closes The lock plates for the divider arms are strapped to the bottom of the skid (hard to spot) YOU MUST use the vendor installation instructions that come with the fixture for correct installation English and French instructions are on the same document If you are missing instructions, a copy has been uploaded to THDCR Pouch the following for each bay type and include POG notes for each POG pouched Floor transitions: POG, SIGN POG, and GSG Hardwood and Laminate: POG, SIGN POG A Vinyl: SIGN POG C&E: POG, SIGN POG (if applicable) Product for majority is shipped in clear wrap (A) it is a large skid with long product and should be easy to spot Stores (7005, 7076, 7171, 7223, 7227, 7252, 7268, 7032, 7037, 7053, 7074, 7117, 7119, 7250) product is shipped direct to store, wrapped in yellow shrink wrap and labeled for CR (B) tracking will be shared as it s made available B POP is on BOM Page 1

5 D30 Screen Doors and Screening PM Callouts EXECUTION There are 2 variations to this reset with a potential for store specific Cause and Effects, the RIG includes the SOW for the following: ONLY print and share with your crew the pages that are applicable to you 1. 1 bay Set: PAGES bay set: PAGES Labeling Standards for 1 and two bay sets: PAGE Cause and Effect: PAGES Execution MUST take place in all circumstances (See reporting page to log and order any components that are missing and/or damaged) Vendor Fixtures ( 48 or 36 Screen wire rack) will be shipped on BOM (which comes with M hoop dividers) EXECUTE with existing divider arms as best you can New product will be shipped in yellow shrink wrap and labeled for CR EXECUTE if the product is not on site Retrofit Kit will be shipped on the BOM EXECUTE if this is missing or damaged 2 bay sets: A kit of 4 display door hinges will be shipped with the vendor fixtures EXECUTE if this is missing or damaged Take display doors from stock and inform the MEAS to place in blocked status o If there is no stock LOG an IPR deficiency for both the stock and the display POP for Week 1 will ship direct to store, with a potential for week 2 as well (tracking will be provided as needed) All others will be on the BOM Important information: Clearance product is removed from bays through MES 1 bay stores: One vendor fixture with M Divider Hoops should be existing In stores (7053, 7227, 7132, 7106 and 7002) an additional 36 Screen wire rack will need to be installed (arriving on the BOM) 2 bay stores: Will be shipped Screen door Displays for bay 2.2 AND door hinges to install the screen door displays to the H-Frames (two top hinges and two bottom hinges) LOG is missing or damaged (comes as KIT of 4, details on reporting page ) Include POG notes with ALL POGs when printing and pouching POGs If there are issuing sequencing labels, inform MEAS and print label through Ad-hoc Store assistance will be required to remove the waterfall decking at 141 in the screen doors and screen repair bay Ensure you communicate this in your prep Sign POGs are loaded under Bay description Screen Drs and Repair AV is new and will need to be notched LOG if missing or damaged Vendor supplied instructions for retrofit kit and the screen door repair vendor fixture have been uploaded to THD. 7 D25 Pneumatics Nails & Guns PM Callouts IMPORTANT EXECUTION INFORMATION: 30 new articles (27 coming in for CR reset, 3 to be set by MET few months after) are expected for execution Not all NEW product will make execution There are 14 new articles detailed in the RIG that will have specific modified direction until the new product arrives) You will need to sequence to what is in the bay and not to POG DO NOT log an SPA deficiency - NOTE in the BSR and inform MEAS that this will be a JUNE MET project to correct New product will arrive to store shrink wrapped in yellow and labeled for CR 2 and 3 bays will receive the same POP Kit Use the POP Cheat Sheet loaded to THDCR to determine which Beam Label and Sticker to use for each article Extra POP can be handed off to MET Take new displays from stock and inform MEAS to place in blocked status If there is no stock of new product: Log IPR deficiency for stock Note in the BSR and inform MEAS for the display (do not log IPR for display) If there is only one stock of new product: Note in the BSR and inform MEAS 3 bay stores: Will have elevation changes and need to be set to POG 2 bay stores: Will NOT have elevation changes, just the removal of the 2 toe kick from bays Display Walls (Metal peg wall): Remain where they are set today, if heights differ from POG, log a SPA deficiency to have the POG updated Nailers are merchandised on the overhead elevations at 114 and 93 : Communicate to store in your prep , the movement of the 114 overhead elevation ONLY DO NOT adjust the 93 elevation if not set to POG - LOG a POG update Purchase and expense a large bag of black 11 zip ties (article # ) BEFORE the store closes, to attach displays without tethers and to secure perf decking.
