4 Manufacturing technology Modern-Expo Group has huge intellectual and manufacturing potential. Its production facilities are situated in Lutsk (Ukraine), Vitebsk (Belarus), and Verkhnodniprovsk (Ukraine). A new factory is planned to be opened in Lublin (Poland). 10 Pallet racking system basic elements The main constructive elements of the storage shelving system are vertical frames of different height and horizontal beams of different length; the additional equipment and accessories are upright and frame protectors, pallet stops, gratings, shelves, etc. The wide range of different elements allows choosing a shelving system that meets certain characteristics and the client s needs, as well as has a maximum load-bearing capacity at minimum cost. Sizes Frames are of different depth, height, and section type; the upright profiles can be chosen depending on the loads and the type of storage. Standard rack frames height varies from mm up to mm (with a 456 mm step); depth from 600 mm up to mm (with a 100 mm step). Perforation step is 75 mm. Perforation There can be additional perforation in frame uprights or high racks to integrate with metal display shelving. Beams Beams can be of different type, profile, and length. Standard rack beams length varies from mm up to mm. This allows storage of goods on EUR and FIN pallets.

13 Pallet racks Conventional pallet racking is one of the most effective solutions for warehouses of different technical characteristics and loads. Using conventional pallet racking provides easy access to each pallet. 14 Drive-in Drive-in pallet racking is an optimal solution for one-type goods storage. There are no passages between shelving that provides compact storage with maximum building density. Advantages The shelving system allows using 80% of warehouse volume. 16 DIY and C&C Shelving systems for C&C and DIY retail formats combine advantages of high racks and standard display shelving. 17 Pull-out system The pull-out system allows sliding pallets manually back and forth just like drawers, with a full load up to 600 kg. The pull-out facilitates order-picking of goods from a pallet. It works like a shelf: allows to extract the pallet from the pallet rack by grabbing the handle and pulling. The structure surface is easily accessible from three sides. Advantages The pull-outs save up to 15% of storage space Can carry up to 600 kg per unit Suitable for almost all common pallet racks Have increased picking rates

18 Box gravity flow rack Box gravity flow rack is a racking system that allows to store and transport boxes and containers on special roller tracks. In gravity racks, goods are received from the loading side and slowly move along the channel under their own weight to the place of unloading. Advantages Provides easy selection of goods Provides FIFO principle (first-in, first-out) Each package has its own channel, which allows minimizing mistakes when forming the order

19 Pallet gravity flow rack Pallet gravity flow rack is an automated analog of the drive-in system and optimal storage solution for one-type-goods pellets. Pallet gravity meets the following principles: FIFO (first-in, first-out) and LIFO (last-in, first-out). 20 Push-Back In the push-back system, gravity racks, the drive-in, and conventional racking are combined. With push-back racking system, the storage space is used as efficiently as possible, allowing a variety of goods to be displayed. 21 Shuttle system Racks for automatic carriage of a shuttle type, as well as drive-in racking, are designed to store large quantities of similar pallets. 23 Other logistic solutions Pallet containers Pallet containers are used for storing goods on pallets in warehouses. With the help of pallets, pallet containers can be installed one on top of the other. The second level of containers can carry the load of 800 kg. Multifunctional roll-container Multifunctional roll-container is designed for storage and movement of goods in supermarkets, logistics centers, etc. When folded, roll-containers take minimal retail space on the platform construction that allows putting them one on top of the other. Individual solutions Modern-Expo offers roll-container with shelves for distribution logistics. The mesh size of the panels can be optionally adapted for any application to ensure completely secure delivery to the customer. Depending on the design, roll-container can carry a load weighing up to kg.

24 Solutions for e-commerce Automated parcel terminal is a multifunctional automated point of dispatch, storage, and delivery of goods and packages; it s your personal round-the-clock mailman. FreshBox FreshBox automated terminal works on the same principle as the Parcel Terminals but additionally allows different temperature in the storage cells. FreshBox allows to store belongings and products at a certain temperature range (+2 С, +8 С), choose the time of storage, and transfer packages if necessary. FreshBox enables to order and store even such products as milk, meat, fish, and frozen foods.
