Despite its compact dimensions, SiCompact boasts a large storage capacity and is available in various models, subject to whatever space is available, either free-standing or wall mounted. Our machine reliably recognises all non-refillable empties, is easy to handle and rapidly processes up to 42 PET bottles or cans per minute per input unit. Customer satisfaction is thereby ensured along with a high level of on-site hygiene and cleanliness. With its high specification design, the machine will satisfy all the requirements on site, i.e. compacting of cans and PET bottles and removal via storage bin or roller container. To achieve this, the integrated compactors are adjusted to the material properties of the empties, allowing a greater quantity to be disposed of effectively. The result is reliable sorting of material into categories e.g. PET bottles and cans / clear and coloured PET bottles. 6 Reliably recognises empty containers and separates them economically Your own, customer-specific ranges are recognised quickly and reliably which guarantees that empties are accepted efficiently, giving you the best possible return rate. Sielaff detection technology incorporates an EAN code scanner, weight scale and optical shape recognition. For this, SiCompact accesses a continuallyupdated database of container shapes and only takes back what you have specified. With a Sielaff reverse vending machine you can avoid customer waiting times and unnecessary deployment of staff. The material sorting increases the value of the material and that s good for business. Customer-friendly software We can integrate your own ERP management system into the Sielaff software developed in-house perfect for data transfer and data management. Cleaning and hygiene The machine cleaning is explained intuitively and in precise detail via the service menu; cleaning processes are displayed and protocolled. In this way, the SiCompact ensures cleanliness and hygiene on site. The SiCompact delivers important information to you on the identification and proof of validity of electronic returns receipts with bar code. Reports on the returns behaviour of your customers opens up new potential for analysis.
