Company Overview Mobbs Engineering was first established in 2007 to meet demands from local companies for a reliable engineering company to supply quality products and service. Mobbs engineering was originally established as an owner operator business providing onsite boilermaking services, however due to the quality workmanship and service provided by Tony Mobbs there was soon the demand to open an Emerald based Engineering/Fabrication workshop helping to meet tight time constraints by being local without compromising on safety and quality. Today Mobbs Engineering employees around 18 people providing a service to all industries, including Mining, Gas, Agriculture, Rail, Council and Commercial, we pride ourselves on having a quality skilled workforce and have an excellent reputation in the region, we are a trusted, competent, reliable team. Our experience has seen Mobbs Engineering s client and skills base grow and therefore we are ideally placed to provide services from design and drafting, engineering certification, fabrication, statutory inspections and reporting, general repairs, and sandblasting and painting to our client s specifications. Mobbs Engineering s Emerald workshop has a large all weather gravel yard along with a fully enclosed, secure 360m2 workshop and a semi attached 120m2 covered open high bay area. This workshop/yard area has been capable of handling varied tasks from small fabrication to repairs and overhauls of large mining equipment including large loader and excavator buckets and also large underground equipment such as Continuous Miner heads and Mobile Boot Ends. Mobbs Engineering also has access to a large gravelled all weather work pad allowing us to work on any large equipment with no limit to the size of the equipment. Page 1 of 6

5 7. Service Area Currently Mobbs Engineering provides our fabrication and site maintenance services over a large area. From our Emerald base we provide services west to Alpha, North to Moranbah, East to Blackwater and south to Rolleston. We are always looking to expand our coverage area and with major transport companies based in Emerald delivering and picking up daily from our workshop we are ideally placed to provide a timely delivery to our customers. Same day pickup and delivery can be arranged with major transport companies and we also offer our own Truck for transport of equipment up to 9 tons. Our mobile welding units are fully stocked with consumables and are available to service our customers needs wherever needed and can be used on a daily depot to depot basis within our current service area. 8.
