18 WELLDONE S INSIDE PICTURES KNITTING SECTION: This is the manual machine knitting section. Floors are very much clean and paths are red marked to show the right direction to walk on the knitting floor. LINKING SECTION: Well-decorated and well managed linking floor where workers feel comfortable to do their own job. They are accustomed to the working place as working environment is very much safe and protected. WASHING SECTION: THIS IS THE WASHING SECTION WHERE WORKERS ARE USING HAND GLOVES, EYE PROTECTING GLASS AND SHOES. P.Q.C SECTION: THIS IS THE FINISHING SECTION WHERE GOODS WOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE PACKAGING.

19 WELLDONE S INSIDE PICTURES FIRE HOSE PIPE & FIRE EXTINGUSHIER: INSTALLED FIRE HOSE PIPE & FIRE EXTINGUSHIER ARE AVAILABLE IN CASE OF ANY KIND OF FIRE INCIDENT. EVACUATION: INSIDE THE FACTORY WALKING PATHS ARE KEEPED CLEAN AND CLEAR FOR SAFE EVACUATION. FIRE DRILL: Workers are getting out of the building as alarm bell rung. A training session is being held on fire safety. AWARENESS MAKING: When all workers CAME out and gathered, authorities are making awareness among workers about what to do during fire incident.

20 FIRE FIGHTING TRAINING Workers congregated in a training session and are being taught by firefighters how to coup with a fire incident. Firefighters are giving training and fired on garbage to make the workers understand the beginning situation of fire incident. At the end, workers have joined practically how to stop fire.
