3 LATEST 3D LASER SCANNING TECHNOLOGY We have recently invested in the latest Faro Edge laser scanner which creates high quality, detailed 3D models. It also has a digitising function which is ideal for measuring hand tools when designing tool control layouts. In addition to the Faro arm, we have purchased hand-held, portable scanners enabling our Foam specialists to visit your site to scan equipment which might be too large or commercially sensitive to transport. This product scanning capability is offered throughout the country. Significant investment has been made in the latest engineering design software and IT. CAD software ensures the most effective packaging or product design solution is achieved and optimises the use of space. A 3D concept model is created for review and approval and samples can be produced for customer approval. 3

We have an extensive range of the very latest, specialist machinery which enables us to use the optimum method to produce the ideal packaging solution. MSA is proud to exclusively manufacture and distribute TrekPak for Europe, under licence to TrekPak LLC. TrekPak is a simple and innovative customisable divider system, designed specifically to fit Peli cases. The divider sections are manufactured from a waterproof, closed-cell foam that is laminated to a rigid corrugated plastic panel. Light, strong and almost impossible to tear or shred, these panels keep the contents safe and organised. The unique pin system allows for flexible adjustment of the dividers, as the contents of the case change. TrekPak allows the user to optimise the space while maximising protection, and provides an innovative alternative to traditional foam and divider methods. 4

FOAM PACKAGING We supply a wide range of industries with both single use and reusable protective packaging for items in transit. We can produce foam inserts to protect items for a single trip or custom packaging that you can use again and again. We offer the materials best suited for the problem; ranging from simple cardboard to heavy duty containers. Our stock of cases and containers suits all requirements and industries from basic single skin boxes to high spec, heavy duty protection. 5

7 CASE INSERTS ase inserts are custom designed by our in house design C team to ensure the optimum fit for the contents. The foam is highly durable and gives a professional finish. Branding Using either multiple layers of foam in different colours or our laser engraving machine, we produce high quality branded foam inserts for cases. Range of Cases With our large premises, we stock cases of the very highest spec, all the way down to simple single skin plastic boxes and anything in between. CASE CUSTOMISATION Individualise your case with MSA using our case customisation services. We can apply your company logo, or any other image for that matter, onto your case in-house with little delay. Case Screen Printing Custom Stickers/Decals To take your custom foam design one step further, we offer a service that enables you to have your branding placed on an adhesive sticker, also known as a decal, placed on your cases. For even more striking finish, we can also print your logo directly onto the cases using screen printing. This technique allows us to place your image(s) onto a large portion of the body of the cases. Just like our custom decals service, just send us an EPS Vector or a high resolution jpeg, and we will add that customisation onto your cases with little delay. 7
