2 INBFC1 Distribution Order (D0) Reception SCENARIO: Ecoseat wants to receive an incoming delivery from another Ecoseat warehouse using an internal identification (the delivery number). SCENARIO ANALYSIS: Brainstorm: which different (sub)processes do you need to solve this scenario? Use the process maps: SCE/Distributing Goods between Warehouses/Warehouse Replenishment SCE/Outbound/Dispatch by Delivery Number SCE/Inbound/DO RO Goods Receiving (Note: RO=Requisition order) Workflow Distributing Goods between Warehouses Distribution Order Flow Distribution Order Entry Your distribution order number: Your delivery number: Outbound Pick, Pack, Report Picking Lists Handling Inbound Goods Goods Reception DO/RO Different Methods Goods Reception DO/RO Use Different Methods Copyright Lawson 2

3 Tips and Hints: In order to receive a distribution order, you must enter such an order and send it from the sending warehouse (outbound logistics). Because this process is not part of this course, screenshots are provided to guide you through these steps. The outbound aspects from delivering warehouse 110 can be done via the appropriate options in Requisition/Distribution Order. Open (MMS100): (a) Requisition/Distribution Order. Open (MMS100), Option Dely Toolbox When you follow the Lawson M3 screenshots and carry out the option, you will see the correct delivery number, which is less confusing for you as a Lawson M3 user. Make a note of this number because you need it later on. In this scenario, there is no other data that can pinpoint your individual distribution order. (b) Delivery. Open Toolbox, Option Rep Picking Copyright Lawson 3

4 (c) Picking List. Report Deliver the automatically packed goods via the Confirm Issue option. Now you can focus on the inbound aspects of the distribution order.
