5 CASE PACKAGING Case Erecting & Sealing Solutions High Capacity Case Packaging Solutions for Erecting and Sealing Applications M.J. Maillis have realized in the last decades one of the most unique and complete ranges of case packaging machines for the application of self adhesive tape and Hot-Melt glue on carton boxes. The Maillis Group is the worldwide market leader in case packaging systems, with a full range of case erecting and formatting also as sealing machines designed and produced in own modern manufacturing plants in Europe. This includes semi-automatic and fully automatic case formers and carton sealers, including the renowned automatic flexographic-printing machines and Inkjet printing systems as well as a complete range of industrial and office dispensers. Our wide range of automatic and semi-automatic case erectors erect and seal with adhesive tape or Hot-Melt glue the bottom flap of cardboard boxes, ready then to be filled, with a variable output up to maximum 800 boxes/hour according to their unique or specific random dimensions. For final case packaging applications M.J. Maillis fully and semiautomatic case sealing machines ensure the closure and safe sealing with adhesive tapes or Hot-Melt glue. Optional integrated Inkjet printing systems for printings direct on boxes are also available. Most modern fully automatic flexographic printing presses and machines made by M.J. Maillis enable printing of individual texts, bar codes and other subject in mono or multi colors on most self-adhesive tapes.
