4 7 PALLET STRAPPING Gordian Strapping offers end-of-line packaging systems from Italian based OMS Spa. This range includes pallet strapping, stretch wrapping, stretch hooding and shrink hooding equipment. All machines and systems are designed and built in-house by OMS at their state of the art facility. 5 9 PALLET WRAPPING Turntable Wrappers A range of stand-alone and automated turntable stretch wrapping machines. Gordian Strapping offers a complete range of pallet wrapping machines and systems. These machines wrap pallets quickly and efficiently. They can be used with all standard films from 12 to 35 microns and also with pre-stretched films. From turntable and rotary arm machines to the very latest in ring wrapping technology, our range of pallet wrappers offers high performance, ease of use and reduced maintenance. 6 10 11 TE 600 B Entry level manual stretch wrapper. HORIZONTAL WRAPPING Gordian Strapping offers a range of horizontal stretch wrapping machines, also known as orbital, spiral or tunnel wrappers. The machines are available in manual, semi-auto and fully-auto configurations. They are ideally suited for long shaped products such as aluminium or plastic profiles, plastic pipes, ladders, MDF mouldings and architraves. 7 13 PALLET STRETCH HOODING Gordian Strapping supplies a range of fully automatic stretch hooding machines which apply a stretchable, gusseted plastic hood to palletized and non-palletized products without using heat. Hoods can be printed to enhance product branding. Stretch hooding provides stability during transport and protection from dust. It is a common method of packaging palletized products ranging from building materials, food and beverage, corrugated and horticulture. 8 15 PALLET SHRINK HOODING Shrink hooding involves applying a heat shrinkable hood to a pack and then shrinking it to the pack using hot air emitted from gas burners. Gordian supplies a wide range of machinery that is designed and built to the highest standards. Hoods can be printed to enhance product branding. AT53 Pallet Shrink Hooder Fully-automatic, forms and applies hoods using tubular shrink film. FT20 Turntable Pallet Shrink Hooder Stand-alone semi-automatic shrink hooder for low volume applications. AT53 Pallet Shrink Hooding Machine Packs palletised products with tubular heat shrinking film. FT55 Pallet Shrink Hooder Semi-automatic, can be stand-alone or integrated into a packaging line.

10 19 STRAPPING MATERIALS & ACCESSORIES We supply a full range of polypropylene, polyester, corded and steel strapping from stock. Gordian also supplies a range of paper and film banding products as well as stretch wrap for our vertical and horizontal wrapping machines. Shrink and stretch hoods are also available to order. For hand-strapping of packages, we offer a range of manual tools for use with steel strapping and battery-powered tools to heat-seal plastic strapping.
