The signatory of this agreement is responsible for sharing the official rules and regulations with all company representatives that will be onsite at the Mandalay Bay and Sands Expo for the International LCT Show. All exhibits will be evaluated onsite for adherence to the policies outlined and covered in this agreement. 3 RULES AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED BY THE MANDALAY BAY CATERING, FOOD & BEVERAGES Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services holds the exclusive rights to provide all food and beverages served in the convention center. They can assist you with your food and beverage needs. Forms can be found at or you can contact them directly at (855) or Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing food and beverages into the facility. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a corkage fee in addition to any other damages to which Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services may be entitled. Sample items that are prohibited include but are not limited to: granola bars, chips, bottled water, soda, beer, sandwiches and pizza. Bite-sized candy, mints or items less than one ounce may be permitted. GENERAL FACILITY REGULATIONS Aisles Aisles and exits as designated on approved show plans shall be kept clean, clear and free of obstructions. Easels, signs, etc. shall not be placed beyond the booth area into aisles. Exhibitors must keep their booths and displays within the designated perimeters. Any violators will be made to move their exhibits. Animal Handling: Permission for any domesticated animal (cats and dogs) to appear in a convention or trade show must first be approved by show management and Mandalay Bay. Additional insurance may be required. Non-domesticated/exotic animals will be considered on an individual basis. Call show management for approval at Service animals are permitted. Balloons Mylar balloons are not allowed anywhere on property. The use of helium balloons smaller than 36 inches in diameter is not allowed. Smaller air-filled balloons may be used for decoration and/or handouts. Large helium-filled balloons, such as advertising balloons, may be used only if they are securely anchored to the exhibit. No helium balloons or blimps may be flown inside the building. Helium gas cylinders for refilling must be secured in an upright position on safety stands with the regulators and gauges protected from damage. No overnight storage of helium or compressed air cylinders in the building is allowed. Balloons cannot be released out of doors due to airport flight patterns in the area. A cleaning fee will apply should the balloons be left on property after the event. You must have approval to display balloons from your Event Service Manager prior to move-in. There is a labor and equipment charge to retrieve balloons in the ceiling should they become loose. Broadcasting/Taping/Recording Exhibitor Customer Service Hotline (310) or (310)

4 Meeting Group may not broadcast (either live or on a delayed basis), tape or record on hotel property for any purpose or by any means without receiving written permission from Mandalay Bay. Please contact your Convention Services Manager for details. Catering Mandalay Bay is the exclusive caterer for all patrons and retains the exclusive rights for all food and beverage services therein. It is not permissible to bring food or beverage into the facility. This includes items for personal consumption. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a corkage fee in addition to any other damages to which Mandalay Bay may be entitled. Cooking Cooking is prohibited. Drones There are very limited scenarios where drones will be allowed on property. This policy may be considered, however, prior review and approval (in writing) must be obtained from Mandalay Bay Risk Management Director and Convention Senior Leadership team. Any such requests must be made at least 60 days prior to any event to allow for sufficient review time. This policy also applies to any un-manned vehicles. Escalators The transportation of dollies, luggage, boxes or freight on escalators is not allowed. Fire Code: The Clark County Fire Department reserves the right to enter the premises and enforce fire codes and regulations at their discretion. Non-flammable materials: All materials used in the Exhibit Hall, Ballroom or any other room of the Hotel MUST be nonflammable to conform with the Fire Regulations of Las Vegas, Nevada. Electrical wiring must be handled by Mandalay Bay. Any equipment installation must conform to appropriate Las Vegas, Nevada codes. Hotel personnel are obligated to refuse connections where wiring is not in accordance with subject code. Material not conforming to such regulations will be removed immediately at the exhibitor s expense. Engines, motors, or any kind of equipment may be operated only with the prior approval of your Convention Services Manager and Fire & Safety Director. Cloth and other decorating materials must pass any flameproofing and fire codes and ordinances prevailing in the Convention Center. All packing containers, wadding, wrapping and such materials must be removed from the immediate exhibit area and not stored under tables or behind displays. Wheeled Transportation: The use of segways, rollerblades, bicycles, skateboards, or other wheeled transportation not covered by the ADA policy, are strictly forbidden from use at Mandalay Bay. Signs and Decorations Signs and/or decorations may not be attached to the permanent facility graphics. The removal of such signage is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved by Show Management and Mandalay Bay Management via your Event Service Manager. No pins, tacks or adhesives of any kind are permitted on any Hotel wall, door or column. No part of the Exhibitor Customer Service Hotline (310) or (310)

5 building shall be defaced in any manner, nor shall signs of other articles be posted, nailed or otherwise affixed to any pillars, walls, doors or other parts of the building. The painting of signs, displays or other objects are strictly prohibited inside of the facility or on the grounds Storage Storage of any kind behind back drapes, display walls or inside the display areas is not allowed. All cartons, crates, containers, packing materials etc., necessary for repackaging, must be marked with an "Empty sticker. The General Service Contractor must remove the "empties" from the show floor. All packing containers, wrapping materials & display materials must be removed from behind booths & placed in Storage. 6 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR VEHICLE DISPLAYS Here is a list of rules and regulations that apply to all exhibits that include vehicle displays. Please accurately measure your vehicle to ensure that your exhibit will adhere to these rules. If you need more space, contact Sara Eastwood- Richardson at (253) SPACE BETWEEN VEHICLES Exhibits with multiple vehicles must position the vehicles so there is enough clearance for pedestrians to easily walk through in case of an emergency. The fire marshal will make the determination onsite if you have allowed enough clearance so plan ahead and don t pack your space too tight; leave room (at least 3 feet) to make any adjustments deemed necessary by the fire marshal. 7 BUMPERS AND GRILLS You must take into account the full length of your vehicle including bumpers, grills and any modifications. The entire length of your vehicle must fit into your contacted exhibit space. No part of the vehicle may extend beyond the perimeter of your space. 8 DOORS When fully extended, all vehicle doors must still be contained in your contracted exhibit space. Vehicle doors may not open beyond the perimeter of your space into the aisles. When planning your space, include fully extended doors in the width of your vehicle. Do not plan to position any vehicle on the border of your booth space if you will be opening the doors. When the doors are open the entire vehicle must be within the borders of your booth. You may position your vehicle on the border of your booth space if the doors are closed and locked for the duration of the show. If you share a border with another booth you must position your vehicle a minimum of 3ft from the border. Vehicle Doors can NOT open into the aisles or a neighboring booth. Do not position your vehicle on a border that shares with another booth. When the doors are open, the entire vehicle must still be within the borders of your booth Maintain a minimum of 3ft between the vehicle and a border that shares with another booth. 9 EXHIBIT PROPERTIES All exhibit properties including wheel stands, banners, plants and tables must be placed within the borders of your contracted space. No exhibit property may encroach on the aisles, please plan accordingly. Do not remove the tape marking your booth space. A representative from the general contractor will remove the tape or must give you approval to remove it. 10 BANNER HANGING See page 14 for more information on banner hanging. VEHICLE FIRE MARSHAL INSPECTION Prior to driving your vehicle into the exhibit hall your fuel-levels will be verified against the requirements below. Make sure to get this information into the hands of your vehicle supplier. Once the vehicle arrives onsite it is time consuming and very difficult to drive off or siphon excess fuel. FUEL TANKS ARE TO BE NO MORE THAN 1/4 FULL OR 5 GALLONS, WHICHEVER IS LESS Once your vehicle is inside the exhibit hall, please verify against this checklist in preparation for fire marshal inspection. If you plan to leave your vehicle unattended you must leave the hood open and the driver door unlocked so the fire marshal can access your vehicle. Also, keep your keys at the booth. ALL vehicles must pass inspection in order for the exhibit hall to open, so don t be the one that holds up the opening! Motorized Vehicle Information & Inspection Checklist: Fuel in the tank shall not exceed 1/4 of the tank capacity or 5 gallons, whichever is less. At least one battery cable shall be removed from the battery used to start the vehicle engine and the disconnected battery cable shall be taped. Batteries used to power auxiliary equipment shall be permitted to be kept in service. Fuel tank openings shall be sealed to prevent the escape of vapors. Propane tanks to be removed. Visqueen or other protective covering approved by the Mandalay Bay Convention Center placed underneath vehicle. A minimum 42-inch wide access aisle or clear space shall be maintained around all sides of the displayed vehicle. Where multiple vehicles are displayed, a minimum 42 aisle shall be provided between vehicles. Vehicles shall not exhibit any leaks of fluids. Ignition keys are to be removed from vehicle and readily available at all times. Hood (or access to battery compartment) to be accessible and the driver door unlocked. Vehicles shall not obstruct the clear width required for any portion of the means of egress. Vehicles shall not be fueled or refueled within the building. Exhibitors are not permitted to re-connect the battery and turn on the engine at any time before vehicle moveout. Displayed vehicle may only be moved during exhibit hours as allowed by the permit conditions established during the plan review. There is a mandatory MOTORIZED UNIT/VEHICLE SPOTTING FEE per vehicle. 11 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL BOOTH TYPE DISPLAYS AS OUTLINED BY IAEE If you are unsure about your booth type please call Exhibitor Customer Service at (310) or (310) IN-LINE (LINEAR) BOOTH Arranged in a straight line 10ft wide X 10ft deep 8ft high back wall/drape 4ft high side rail/drape One side is exposed to the aisle Adjoining booths to the right and left and shares a common back wall with another in-line booth Can be combined to create larger in-line booths, e.g. 10ft X 20ft or 10ft X 30ft DISPLAY RULES Line of Sight Obstructing the line of sight to other booths is prohibited. Displays and objects that create a visual wall over 4ft tall must be placed within in the back half (i.e. back 5ft) of an in-line booth. Materials that create a visual wall are at the discretion of show management and include, but are not limited to items such as pop-up displays, banners, backdrops, shelving units, large machinery, and large plants/shrubbery. Materials that do not create a visual wall are at the discretion of show management and may include items such as literature racks and floor lamps. 13 SPLIT ISLAND BOOTH 20ft X 20ft or larger Exposed to the aisle on 3 sides May share a common back wall with another split island booth DISPLAY RULES Booths with a vehicle must adhere to all rules and regulations for vehicle displays. Back wall structure must be finished on the backside and cannot show images, copy, or content of any kind. A maximum height range of 16ft is permitted for floor standing items. Banner hanging is permitted and will be hung at the height of 16ft from the floor to the bottom of the banner. The banner must be hung directly over the booth and back 10ft from neighboring booths. Double-sided or rotating banners, signs, and graphics must be set at least 10ft away from other booths. Do not remove the tape marking your booth space. 14 ISLAND BOOTH 20ft X 20ft or larger Exposed to the aisle on all 4 sides DISPLAY RULES Booths with a vehicle must adhere to all rules and regulations for vehicle displays. A maximum height range of 16ft is permitted for floor standing items. Banner hanging is permitted and will be hung at the height of 16ft from the floor to the bottom of the banner. The banner must be hung directly over the booth and back 10ft from neighboring booths. Double-sided or rotating banners, signs, and graphics must be set at least 10ft away from other booths. MULTI-STORY EXHIBIT, TOWERS, CANOPIES, CEILINGS AND SIMILAR COVERINGS Fire and safety regulations vary from facility to facility and these structures may not be permitted. Please contact show management for further information. All multi-story exhibits, towers, canopies, ceilings and similar coverings must be approved by show management. 15 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) All exhibiting companies must be compliant with the ADA. Compliance information can be found at Exhibitors should be sensible and accommodating. Examples include: o Raised flooring should be wheelchair accessible by a ramp with a grade no steeper than 1:12 and does not extend into the aisle o Interactive displays, such as touch screens, should be positioned to accommodate a person in a wheel chair o Provide the same attendee experience in all areas of the exhibit space (including multi-story exhibits) o Have printed copies of audio presentations for those who are hearing impaired o Have audio presentations available for those with sight impairment BANNER HANGING Banner hanging is permitted for island and split island booths (see pages 12-13). Banners will be hung at the height of 16ft from the floor to the bottom of the banner, directly over the booth, and back 10ft from neighboring booths. Shepard Exposition Services is contracted to hang banners that weigh 200lbs or less. SES is contracted to hang banners over 200lbs. Both banner hanging order forms can be found in the service kit. Here are two other important considerations. Banner Delivery: 1. Overhead hanging signs should be shipped in a separate container directly to the Advance Warehouse using the Advance Hanging Sign shipping label included in the service kit. 2. The container must arrive no later than the Advance Warehouse shipping deadline of March 3, If these procedures are not followed the hanging of your sign cannot be guaranteed. DEMONSTRATIONS AND SOLICITATIONS All sales presentations, product demonstrations, etc. must be conducted within the confines of the contracted space so that both exhibitors and attendees are fully in the booth and do not spill into the aisle or other exhibit space. This includes setting tables and chairs away from the front of the booth so all business takes places within the contracted space. For demonstrations involving moving parts or are otherwise potentially dangerous, exhibitors must establish a minimum distance of 3ft between the product and spectators or install hazard barriers to prevent accidental injury. All exhibitors, including hired talent, must remain in the contracted booth space and are not permitted to solicit business or distribute sales materials, literature, or promotional items outside of the contracted booth space. Exhibitors are prohibited from placing product, literature, and promotional items on tables and other surfaces outside of their contracted booth space. 16 EXHIBIT PROPERTIES All exhibit properties including tables, banners, plants, and literature racks must be placed within the borders of your contracted space and cannot encroach on the aisles. LIGHTING Lighting fixtures, trusses, and overhead lighting must be placed within the contracted exhibit space. Hanging lights must be approved by show management. Gobos and other lighting projections must be aimed toward the contracted booth space and not onto the aisle or other exhibits. Potentially harmful lighting that can trigger photosensitive epilepsy must be approved by show management. This includes lasers, ultraviolet lights, strobes, and flashing lights. Specialized lighting effects should be in good taste and cannot interfere with neighboring exhibitors or detract from the general atmosphere of the event. Quartz halogen lighting fixtures may not be permitted. Check with show management to prevent any issues upon move-in. SOUND/MUSIC Sound and music equipment are permitted as long as it does not disrupt neighboring exhibitors. The sound level is at the discretion of show management and you may be asked to turn down the volume. Speakers must be placed to direct sound into the contracted booth space and not into the aisle. STORAGE Exhibitors are prohibited from storing excessive product, literature or empty packages behind drape and under tables. You may store a small quantity under a table if it is out of eyesight for attendees. Exhibitors must store empty packages and excess materials that cannot fit under the table and out of eyesight with the general contractor. Storing empty crates and boxes is included with your material handling fee- simply obtain an Empty sticker from the service desk and affix it to your empty crate or box. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY All exhibits must be able to endure normal contact and vibrations imposed from other exhibitors, hall laborers and installation/dismantle equipment. This includes moderate wind that may be caused by open freight doors. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure their display fixtures are installed properly and can adequately withstand its intended use.
