Processes from marking, depaneling and testing can be integrated with standard solutions or the design of customized systems. ASYS metallization and automation systems have played an essential role in the photovoltaic industry from the beginning. 8 Experience Laser Technology For more than 15 years, ASYS has been developing and producing systems for material processing by means of laser technology. This brings together expertise from different industries and product areas. 9 Experience Screen Printing Technology EKRA is best known for their SMT Stencil Printers. For several decades, they have also been producing print systems for various industry segments outside of SMT-applications. This includes, the printing of ultra-fine structures, 3D shapes and functional coatings on different materials including glass, ceramics, LTCC/HTCC, foils, metal tubes, wafers and textiles. The XH STS stencil and screen printing system was specially developed for printing substrates in thick film applications. The flexible system can be used in a wide number of areas within the Electronic, solar and life science fields. 9

11 Innovation PULSE Logistics Concept Database Concepts The PULSE Software Suite adds mobile technologies into the production environment. The starter kit PULSE ONE displays the whole line on mobile devices including; Tablet PCs and Smart Watches. Real time status is displayed for ASYS Group systems and those of partner companies. This view can be extended trough apps to get additional functionality and information. ASYS optimizes the materials logistics in electronics production. PULSE UNITR, an autonomous transport robot supplies the SMD line continuously with new material. Intelligent VEGO loading and unloading systems communicate constantly with mobile robot so that the material logistics is self-organized. With more than 50,000 machines installed worldwide, ASYS has enabled over 8,000 data connections to higher production systems. Our systems can be flexibly configured, very easily linked and connected to higherlevel production systems. The Group is very well prepared for the requirements of Industry
